I’m heading home from @NewYorkAppWeek with tons of new ideas to work on. This is pretty much THE conference to attend if you are working on apps. Thank you for inviting us again!
Here is part of the hungarian app builders attending the Shippies

Tomorrow my new game comes out for iPhone Duo. It's Torpedo, the sea battle board game, and I spent the last month building it around the fold.
Stand the phone half open and it turns into the old plastic game case: your fleet on the upright half, you aim on the flat half. Open it like a book and both boards sit side by side. Two people can play on one phone, passing it back and forth.
You can also play a friend over FaceTime while everyone else on the call watches, play by turns over a few days, or go online for ranked battles. Blind players can place ships and play with VoiceOver, and the announcer speaks 30 languages.

I'm here for NYC App Week and @RevenueCat App Growth Annual with @kovacsamate, @WettsteinAlber1
Hope to see many of you there! 🙌🏼
Got accepted into Claude Startups. Didn't expect it to come with this much:
- 12 months of Claude Team for free
- $1,000 in API credits
- $5K in ClickHouse credits
- 6 months of Linear for free
- 12 months of ElevenLabs for free
You also get office hours with Anthropic's team.
If you're building on Claude, apply.
Opposite approach with Wordy: notifications, Live Activities, emails, I nudge people back into the app constantly.
If the app is genuinely useful, reminding them is the product, not a risk. Retention goes up, conversion goes up. No tricks needed. Build a great app!

We just killed Linktree.
Introducing YourSitee.

Every time a new Claude model is about to drop, the current one mysteriously turns into a potato. Opus 4.8 today = borderline unusable. Someone at Anthropic explain the timing 👀
nobody's talking about this but a $200 Claude Code Max sub gets you what would be ~$8k in API credits
I burned through one and bought a second
the math doesn't math (in my favor)
You can just apply to the Claude Startups program (even as an indie dev): free API credits, no funding required
🚨 Android devs: if your app ratings have crashed since 2026-04-21, you're not alone.
Google Play's In-App Review API is silently broken globally. ✅ requestReviewFlow() → success ✅ launchReviewFlow() → success ❌ ReviewInfo: isNoOp=true, no dialog
Server-side regression in Play Store v51.0.19+. Older v50.9.23-31 still works.
Fix ETA: ~May 5.
If you're affected, comment "+1" here to push the priority up from P3:

10,000 App Store ratings on Wordy😇 (+5000 on Google Play)
Built this solo from my Budapest apartment. Wild.
Anyone here sending user emails to Meta via Conversions API (CAPI) for app events alongside AppsFlyer as MMP?
AppsFlyer confirmed they don't forward PII/email to Meta via CAPI yet ("actively working on it").
So the only way to improve Event Match Quality seems to be building a direct CAPI integration from your backend: Meta, sending hashed email + event alongside AF's attribution.
Has anyone done this? How do you handle deduplication with AF's S2S events? Any EMQ improvement you've seen?
Just launched Wordy on Product Hunt!
Would mean a lot if you checked it out and dropped an upvote 🙏

Introducing Anything Max: Vibe Coding that's leaps above Lovable and Bolt
We've raised money at a $100M valuation and built what we believe is the future of vibe coding.
We asked 100 vibe coders to build their apps side by side on Lovable, Bolt, and Anything Max and they rated Anything Max the winner across all 3 categories - accuracy, design, and 'overall'.
Here's why:
• Full-stack control: Max can test backend hooks, branch database states, and debug issues, because Anything owns the full infrastructure.
• Max can load up your app in its own browser and click on all buttons like a human tester to find all edge case bugs, then trace the bug across the stack - could be a frontend, backend, or a database issue (only we can do this, read #1) and autonomously fix it with 97% accuracy.
Lovable and Bolt build prototypes, but Max users are building production-ready apps and already charging money for them.
Blake built a gut biome app to $10K run rate
Anthony built a referral tool to $20k in revenue
Yuri built a suite of apps doing $40K
Build your app with Max: createanything.com/max

We're hosting a $100K Hackathon to help people grow their app to $10K MRR.
- We'll teach you everything we know about growing to 1M users.
- You'll have 30 days to build a real product in public and get paying customers for it.
If you do it well, you can start the New Year with a functioning business.

I just won the $30,000 grand prize in Hungary’s biggest business show with my app, Wordy! 🇭🇺
It all started as a side project, I just wanted to understand every word while watching movies in English.
No funding, no team, just a laptop, coffee, and a lot of late nights.
Now Wordy is a top-ranked app in 100+ countries with 200,000+ downloads.
Next step: scaling globally, starting with the US. 🚀
