I need people to understand how insane this is. We’re talking about technology competing with tools backed by companies with access to substantial capital, engineering teams, and resources. Meanwhile, my fiancĆ© @shinyobjectz_ built Raea, an open-source rendering engine, with ZERO funding, ZERO employees, and a team of ONE. 3.4 seconds vs. 23.3 seconds. Same prompt. Same export conditions. And the only ā€œinvestorā€ behind him this past year? Me. 🄹 I became our sole income provider so he could go all in on AI engineering, data science, and building something he believed should exist. No VC funding. No multimillion-dollar budget. Just an absurdly talented engineer with the freedom to build. When I say he’s my greatest investment, I mean it. šŸ˜¤ā¤ļø

Same prompt for both. ā€œCreate a 10-second animated short called Moon-O-Matic. A vending machine dispenses the moon. Come up with your own artwork, animation, and ending.ā€ Separate matched export on Windows took 3.4s in Raea and 23.3s in HyperFrames. Which cut would you keep?

every night i have a set of 6-10 fun explainers made using raea and ElevenLabs about current work and projects this one is about Rat King, my at proto based communication and coordination framework in my "definitely not a software factory" harness

PM asked for a video of what we'd built so far. So I made a skill for it on top of raea: create-video-for It asks about sound and length, storyboards it, records the real app, cuts it in raea and checks every frame before you see it. It runs on all OS not just mac, link šŸ‘‡
Im tired of infinite canvas startups. Im tired of generative video snake oil providers. Im tired of hype for hyperframes, as html and playwright is a dumb long term solution for video rendering. So I decided to build Raea. Open source. Free for everyone. Faster and more capable than hyperframes or remotion. (10-20x faster with real footage and complex scenes). And it renders without a browser…. Capable of more than just video. It’s built on @BevyEngine so it’s highly capable at producing 3D art, shaders and games. It’s also built on Blitz Dom @dioxuslabs , and a bridge between the page and the 3d world behind it allows you and your agent to write everything in typescript and react… without a browser. This video below was made entirely with Claude, Raea, and a weekend. I never had more fun playing and toying with creative work than I did making this. But to be honest, that’s not where I’m stopping. I want Raea to be an engine that correctly empowers creatives and agents, while not cognitively offloading the parts that make your work unique. I’m excited to continue working on this project as long as I can, and always open to feedback!

Alright. Raea + Claude Opus 5.5 is pretty sweet ngl. This was like 30 mins of my time prompting/directing. Claude did all the rest with Midjourney/ImagineArt MCP + some gifs from the new GPT Image 2.6.

Every AI video tool right now: spin up Chrome, screenshot frames, pray. Raea doesn't. It's a game engine your agent drives with TypeScript and React, rendering straight on your own machine. Free, no account. The demo below was one weekend with Claude.

If you needed 50 new ads next month, would you actually be testing 50 different strategic bets... or just 50 variations of the same thing? šŸ‘€ Because producing more creative doesn't automatically mean you're learning more from it. And that's one of the conversations I'm bringing to TikTok's NYC office next week! If you're in the city... checkout the event details below. 🄳

And one day, if you’re lucky enough, you’ll end up working with the love of your life not once, not twice, but yet another time (truthfully, I’ve lost count). šŸ˜‚ Nearly 8 years ago, Shane Murphy and I met as direct response video editors at Mutesix in Culver City, California. Fast forward to today, and we’re joining ContentJet as Head of Performance Creative and Head of Digital Technology… yes, you heard that correctly! We are leading our own parts of the business, TOGETHER. 🄹 And to think it all started with me asking the internet to help me find my fiancé’s ā€œbetter halfā€ in business. šŸ’€ Within minutes, the video went viral and the internet ironically reminded me that we’ve always complemented each other in business too. Apparently the algorithm gods decided they owed us one, because the Reel was served to the ContentJet team, they watched it, and made the first move. (Cassandra Kranjec, you rock! šŸ˜‰) So how will this marketing + machine learning duo work together in partnership with ContentJet? šŸ‘€āœØšŸ¤ The challenge with scaling paid media isn’t just spending more, it’s building a creative engine that can keep producing enough of the right ideas, tests and iterations to support that spend without sacrificing quality. My job is bringing a decade of tested performance creative strategy to ContentJet, shaped across thousands of accounts in nearly every vertical you can imagine, hundreds of millions in ad spend and billions in revenue, then turning that experience into the systems, testing plans and strategy our team uses to scale clients without sacrificing quality for volume. Meanwhile, Shane is personally building the technology underneath all of it, creating the systems, infrastructure and machine learning capabilities that allow our creative engine to keep up as the volume scales. šŸ¤– Eight years ago, we didn’t know it, but we were just getting started. Now we get to build what comes next, side by side, once again. @shinyobjectz_ #ContentJet

my coding agents kept renaming my own concepts back to me. a "thread" becomes a "session", a settled idea gets reinvented under a new name, every css file grows another slightly different gray. none of it is wrong exactly. it just stops meaning anything. github.com/socialite-ml/mont…

Vellum Command is open to private beta requests on vellumcommand.com/ It's an AI factory app. Manage all your agents and machines in one place, organize them and get them to do work autonomously. Use the canvas as novel way to do prompt and context engineering, pairing the harness integration with your layout. Define resource, capabilities and relationships between agents and vellum resources with a single connection. Design your factory however you like, connect agents to task sinks and watch them work on it task by task, moving them to the completion through any criteria you define. First class support for agent initiated escalation. A blocked agent is no longer a lost terminal session, but an alarm ringing in your factory. Visible, addressable, auditable. Allowing agents to escalate to you - the operator - is a super underrated way to actually allow the autonomous, well defined work to go ahead seamlessly. And much more. From a solo builder to solo builders.

Any neurodivergents out there who’ve felt like AI has changed their life for the better… this is for you šŸ‘‡
Every founder I know is quietly struggling with the same thing and nobody talks about it. I have ADD and General Anxiety Disorder. I've also built four companies in six years. Every single one was a war with my own head. A hundred ideas, twelve finished. Knowing I could build something real but losing the thread halfway through every time. Then I found @claudeai . And for the first time in my life I could finish what I started. Not because it wrote code for me — because it could hold context while my mind raced ahead. It caught what I dropped. It thought with me. 19% of Americans are neurodivergent. Founders with ADHD are 5x more likely to start a business. That's a massive community of builders and nobody is speaking to them. I want to be that person. I wasn't looking for a job. Then I saw @AnthropicAI hiring a Claude Evangelist and my whole body said go.

Coding agents shipping UI blind is still one of the dumbest bottlenecks in the stack. Browser screenshots help. Native scene graph access is more interesting because it turns visual verification into a first-class primitive.
Coding agents can write code but can't see what it renders. They have no idea if the UI they just built actually looks right. I built a rendering engine that fixes this. RVST — a native desktop engine for Svelte, written in Rust. No browser. Full scene graph access from the terminal.

A lot of ā€œAI companiesā€ today are built on buzzwords and ChatGPT wrappers. Meanwhile, a single builder working out of a small bedroom in Bend, Oregon has spent the last three months quietly building something from scratch. Bootstrapped. Self taught. Funded with a few thousand dollars and a lot of 12 to 14 hour days. That builder is my fiancĆ©, Shane Murphy. He just shared a first look at something he built called Canopy, a ā€œHarness Modelā€ for AI agents. The idea is simple but powerful. A small neural network watches AI agents as they work and nudges them in real time to keep them on track. Early tests show: • 49% fewer turns to complete tasks • 100% completion in early sessions • Signs of learning across repeated runs What makes this even more impressive is that Shane built the entire system himself. Architecture, experimentation, training, and infrastructure. He is not the loud AI bro on Twitter. He is the type of builder who sits down, works relentlessly, and quietly ships real breakthroughs. If you believe the future of AI will require real supervision layers for autonomous agents, his post below is worth reading. And if you are a serious builder, researcher, or investor who wants to help shape where this goes next, this is the kind of work to pay attention to. I have watched Shane build for years and I am extremely bullish on what he is creating.
after months of research and development: Canopy will be the first of its kind— a ā€œharness modelā€. - 49% fewer turns - 100% completion rate vs 72% without it here's what i built and why i think this is the missing layer in agent infra 🧵
