Grocery workers, pharmacists & meatpackers were on the frontlines of the pandemic, & we heard about the sacrifices they made. Cal/OSHA-these workers need exclusion pay so they can do the right thing & stay home when they’re sick! Add exclusion pay in the standards!

Earlier this year, Rideshare Drivers United along with over 2,000 drivers petitioned to stop Lyft's shared rides. Lyft refused, so the drivers took our complaints to CalOSHA. On August 1st, 2022 CalOSHA issued a Citation to both Uber and Lyft for the following violations:
