“Hi, the shit wording in your law means technically even kissing is illegal and can get you put on the registry” ‘A court can deal with that when you get arrested lol’ These people are running the country btw

That is exactly what should be left to courts and experts to prove. All legislation requires interpretation alongside the facts of the case and the intention of the law. This is designed to ensure that harmful practices are discouraged.

It is the responsibility of elected MPs to make clear, precise laws, not pass vague legislation and leave judges to fill in the gaps while people's lives, liberty and futures hang in the balance. parliament.uk/about/how/role/ supremecourt.uk/cases/judgment…

I'm going to prison for having GoldenEye on VHS, DVD and Blu-ray.

i've discovered an interesting effect of training ai on ugc. teaching humans to understand the difference between an informational ssrf report and one that shows actual impact is an unsolved problem. therefore the machines don't know. they think the forged request is the impact too. i'm looking at you, daybreak.

"Maybe kissing is illegal now under my new law, guess we'll have to arrest you and throw you in front of a judge to find out" Inhumanly revelling in the vagueness that might make every single picture of two people kissing in the UK illegal. Jess Asato is not fit to be an MP.

It should never be “for the defendant to prove” anything, ever. The burden of proof is on the prosecution. Anything else is not justice.

Hi there, as the person who introduced the amendments which led to this ban, I can tell you that the law already bans non-fatal strangulation and attempted suffocation. Consent can be a defence in situations where there is not serious harm but is for the defendant to prove.

In the UK, defendants in a case are innocent till proven guilty. Therefore, is it not for the defendant to prove their innocence but rather the prosecution to prove the defendants guilt. google.com/url?opi=899784…

i deleted a bunch of crap infrastructure and bullshit system prompts, expecting it to cause deadlocking problems, and my agents have invented something they're calling a 'transfer mutation lock' and just got on with it.

Like no matter how you feel about certain types of porn, can we all agree that this is a line we shouldn’t have crossed. Policing what consenting adults do in private is wrong; even if it makes you feel more comfortable

at this point it is very specifically the lack of yolo mode with sol ultra on daybreak which is the global bottleneck to unsupervised security review. the machines stop at night, because the researcher isn't there to bash the approve button without reading the question.
