AI-native documentation is more than just text on a page.
It should:
• Track real API behavior, not guesses
• Update from code changes automatically
• Flag outdated examples and auto update
• Surface common user errors and open PR fixes
The result is often fewer support tickets, clearer onboarding, faster fixes.

Nigerian software engineer and developer relations, @kenny_io has launched Thally, an AI-powered software platform designed to help technology companies keep product documentation, websites, support resources and other customer-facing information accurate as their products evolve.
Founded in 2026, as announced by the founder mid-September, the startup is addressing a growing challenge for software teams, which is keeping information about rapidly changing products consistent across the many platforms where customers and developers seek guidance.
Thally connects a company’s software repositories with its documentation and other customer-facing content, identifies the impact of product changes and prepares updates for affected materials.
“When a product change comes through, Thally works out what it means for users and traces the impact across those connected surfaces,” said Eze.
The platform then opens pull requests containing proposed updates and supporting evidence for teams to review and approve.
Thally is a technology platform designed to serve as a product knowledge layer for software companies, helping them maintain accurate and consistent information across the different channels customers use to understand their products.

I migrated the EmPay docs to the @thallyio developer documentation platform as part of the “Launch or migrate” track of the ongoing documentation challenge.
The highlight of the experience was how it identified an agent-readiness issue and helped me draft the fix as a PR.
