Wolte had at least 3 chances to test the goalie against City in the last game. Wissa has been missing chances too. Maybe you're watching Newcastle Jets from Australia, because Wolte can do no wrong in your eyes.
In almost every single highlight here Woltemade is surrounded by other attackers. Eddie has built a system that sacrifices in attack - isolates the striker in order to gain more control in midfield which it’s currently failing to do in any case… but Eddie was able to get away with it due to Isak’s incredible form & being able to survive off minimal chances - it’s time to accept that’s NOT sustainable even for Isak himself as this season has shown. Eddie needs to evolve his system in order to get strikers more chances and that means getting technical players in and playing them MUCH closer together. So many have been blinded by Isak’s form thinking the system works when Eddie had a cheat code. Instead of complaining our new strikers aren’t prime Isak (£125m player) SHOCKING I know 😆 it’s time to get realistic and evolve the system and help our strikers get more chances. I would love to see a technical number 10 brought in! #NUFC

Over 10 years later, @renoomokri now twerks for this same party. Amazing!
Given what Nigeria has been through at the hands of terrorists how can a political party say banning Boko Haram violates the Constitution?

Arsenal will bottle the league to city. They are good at bottling, while Newcastle will make the top 5 again, qualifying for the UCL in the process.

Incredible. So most of the world's major software are hosted on one platform. This is so bad!
The offside lines were drawn for the first time this season to rule out Thiago's second goal for Brentford ❌ There is no Semi-Automated Offside Technology available today due to the AWS outage 👀

You're making too much sense. This country hates anything that is well structured and organised, with a long term plan. The People, the journalists, administrators & politicians will always find a way to scatter it so they can bring their own who is not capable into the picture.

“GMO cotton failed in Nigeria. Farmers recorded lower harvest and quality, compared to organic cotton. The land we planted the GM seeds are completely destroyed. Local seeds cannot germinate there anymore.” — Anibe Achimugu, President Cotton Farmer Ass. (NACOTAN)

I hope you're having a fun, productive week. I'm just now sending out this week's "5 links worth your time" email. But I also thought I'd post it here. There are some bangers in here, including freeCodeCamp's first-ever German course (CEFR A1 level - 12 hours long!)

I wish the Google Developer Experts program were more transparent about open positions: rejected, and encouraged to give it a try 6 months later, to finally discover yesterday it has always been impossible due to regional limitations. Is my content only useful in Western Europe?

Fuck off. People are allowed to push LGBTQ+ and include that in there match their kids every week. Exceptions are made for players who need to break their fast during Ramadan. Yet, there is a problem when Gakpo shows love to the Lord? Absolutely ridiculous.
Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo could face action from the English FA after removing his shirt to reveal a religious message during his side’s win over Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday. The Netherlands international fired past Spurs goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario in the 34th minute and took off his shirt in celebration, revealing a vest with the message, “I belong to Jesus” on the front. The International Football Association Board (IFAB) laws of the game — which the FA follows — prohibit player’s equipment from containing “any political, religious or personal slogans, statements or images.” “The player and/or the team will be sanctioned by the competition organiser, national football association or by FIFA,” IFAB adds. 🔗 nytimes.com/athletic/6319970…
