Earlier this morning Janey passed away in her sleep. Her family were with her. The love and support from all her friends and fans during this cancer journey brought her enormous joy. It has also been a huge comfort to us, her family and close friends, thank you.

I'm so fortunate to get to review amazing shows and films at the Edinburgh Festivals, and even more lucky that @theweereview somehow keeps putting up with me year after year! It was a pleasure to talk with @LLCatEdinburgh about my experiences of writing and of my MSc.

had to finish my show 'Marj' ootside the @StandComedyClub as a woman fainted during the emotional climax of the hour. was it because it was so overpowering? or because global warming? or demonic possession? we will never know she's fine btw x

Well, that was a day and a half. As always I'm humbled by the breadth and depth of talent on display at Meet The Media, and thanks to everyone who queued up to talk to us. Thanks also to the Fringe staff for running it all so smoothly and uncomplainingly. It's a huge undertaking.

We did this last year and it worked out really nicely: if you are resident in Edinburgh, or going to be there for the FIRST WEEK of the Fringe, and would like free tickets to a range of shows in exchange for nothing more than enthusiastic support - message me.
