Bands getting a cut of the bar: bar sales are slow, let’s play 4-5 in a row off the new album 😈
Replying to @jeffrosenstock
**For the record, we're 100% down to give a merch cut any night we get a cut of the bar.** But the thing that makes the most sense is that we don't take each other's money! We like each other and we're working together and helping each other!

Sad to see the Cybertruck going away when it was a useful way to learn who the dumbest, most gullible people were in your parents’ neighborhood

And when she looked back, there was only one set of footprints, because Trump had carried her.
Yesterday, after his rally in Iowa, President Trump was heading to the airport when he saw an old woman walking home — in the dark and all alone.
“Stop the car, Daquan!” He told his driver.
He got out and walked her 2 miles home.
No cameras. Just kindness.
That’s Trump.

The anecdote is fictional. Trump's Oct. 22 rally was at Sioux Gateway Airport in Sioux City; his schedule shows direct arrival and departure from the site with no such walk. x.com/WHPressPool/st… ktiv.com/2026/10/21/how… desmoinesregister.com/story/news/pol… The photo is AI-generated and unrelated to any real event.

Turns out the friction of having to learn photoshop was a crucial firewall protecting society from the terrible taste of small business owners
So @target continues to embarrass vinyl lovers with absolutely unusable search results. Worse substitutions than most Target 360 shoppers 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
This gem is in the @target app dear lord please Target hire me as your vinyl czar we can fix this idiocracy @dcfc @AntiRecords
Tell me more about this $59.99 exclusive KISS Christmas Album, @target 😹😹😹
Please @target let me run vinyl marketing for your stores. This is so disrespectful and unnecessary. You can’t have an entire aisle of $30 and $40 records on a pedestal in one aisle, then haphazardly chunk $1200 worth of merch (!) like this in the clearance section.
Also I will add, these 40+ LPs were not marked with clearance prices + many are not even in the system anymore (meaning if you check out, you will be told “we can’t sell that” and the LP will be confiscated). All three of these titles were marked “out of stock” yet here they are!
That Geese LP was literally $7 on clearance a week ago. Instead of doing a final markdown, @target jacked the price back up to $23 and removed from inventory (y’all still have three copies at this store BTW)

Then when you need to join five minutes late, you get to dig through your trash like a raccoon hunting for a half-eaten sandwich.
