Elon Musk: Neuralink's Blindsight vision implant is coming soon "Even if somebody's completely blind, we can write directly to the visual cortex" The first version will offer low-resolution vision, but the long-term goal goes much further: "You would have very high resolution and be able to see multispectral wavelengths. You could see in infrared, ultraviolet, radar. It's like a superpower situation"

Millions of people are too stupid for X.com. We have to keep working on them, helping them find the reason a better narrative is truer on X.

Absolutely giving the most all there is.
“Well, to be honest, Elon Musk is paying the most money in the country right now with this SpaceX little job that they got down there in Southaven, you know what I’m saying. It’s a killing,” said Ray Massey, who also traveled from Gulfport, Mississippi, in hopes of data center work.” One electrician had a message for Elon Musk about the work. “Tell Elon Musk to stay, we love this money you’re giving us man,” the electrician said.

So many things happen to us throughout our lives, and sometimes we spend years looking inward, wondering what we could have done differently or how we might have prevented them. But what happened to you is not your fault. I hope you know that, and I hope y’all have the most wonderful day!

@elonmusk The Gift of Knowing How Inspired by Exodus 35:30–35 There was a man who had spent most of his life trying to build something the world had never seen. He wanted to create a car that could leave the road and rise into the sky. People admired his imagination, but many doubted he would ever succeed. Some told him that mankind was never meant to travel that way. Others wondered why he would spend so many years pursuing something that might never work. He had experienced failure more times than he cared to count. Machines broke, calculations proved wrong, and designs that appeared perfect on paper failed when tested. Yet every failure taught him something the previous attempt had not. He began to understand that invention was not always about knowing the answer. Sometimes it was about having the patience to keep looking for it. One evening, while reading his Bible, he came across the story of Bezalel in Exodus 35. God had filled this man with wisdom, understanding, knowledge, and the ability to create beautiful things with his hands. Bezalel was not a prophet or a king. He was a craftsman, and God had given him extraordinary abilities to accomplish the work placed before him. The inventor read the passage again. For years, he had prayed for his invention to succeed. He had asked God to open doors, remove obstacles, and help him accomplish what others believed impossible. But that evening, his prayer was different. “Lord, I have spent so much time asking You to help me finish this machine that I have forgotten to thank You for giving me a mind capable of imagining it. Help me use whatever wisdom You have given me for something greater than my own success.” The following morning, he returned to his workshop. The problems were still there. The calculations still needed correcting, and the machine was no closer to leaving the ground than it had been the night before. But he approached his work with a different understanding. He began inviting others to contribute their knowledge. He listened more carefully to the engineers who questioned his designs. He gave greater attention to the safety of people who might someday trust their lives to his invention. Years later, the day finally came when his car rose from the ground. It climbed steadily above the runway, traveled through the air, and returned safely to the earth. The people watching erupted in celebration. Cameras captured the moment, and reporters rushed forward to ask how it felt to accomplish something so extraordinary. The inventor looked toward the machine, then at the people who had helped him build it. “I used to believe the greatest accomplishment would be getting a car into the sky,” he said. “But somewhere along the way, I learned that the greater gift was being given the ability to figure out how.” That evening, he opened his Bible again to Exodus 35. He understood something he had overlooked for years. God had given Bezalel the wisdom to build, but He had also given him the ability to teach others. And the inventor realized that his greatest contribution might not be the machine he had built, but the knowledge he could pass on to those who would build something better. The lesson: God-given wisdom is not measured only by what we accomplish with it, but also by how faithfully we use it and what we make possible for others. “And he hath filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship.” Exodus 35:31 (KJV)

Had the sweetest conversation with Kei recently! We caught up on life, shared some laughs, and she showed me the diamond art she’s been working on. A little sparkle in the artwork and a whole lot of joy in the conversation. ❤️

My wife saw this post (video stolen from @ItsKimJava), now going viral again and asked me about it, so I showed her this 2018 interview clip most people have never seen: @elonmusk ’s side of the Eberhard story, which is crucial context:
Elon Musk is worth $908 billion, and this weekend he asked world-class engineers to come join Tesla. Tesla once tried to cancel the sale of one car to the man who named the company. Martin Eberhard had already paid for Founders Series car number 2, and he had to sue to get it. Eberhard started Tesla with Marc Tarpenning in 2003 and was its first CEO. Musk wrote the biggest check of the first round, became chairman and later blamed Eberhard for the Roadster's delays and overruns. "I had paid full price in advance for this car. And they tried to rescind that deal," he says. Before he got it, a Tesla test driver drove it into the back of a truck. The car became part of his 2009 lawsuit against Musk. Founders Series cars were meant to carry a plaque signed by Eberhard and Tarpenning. By delivery he had been pushed out, and the plaque Tesla sent later had other people's signatures, not theirs. His license plate now reads FOUNDER. His daily Roadster came off a used lot in Los Angeles with about 175 miles on it. The previous owner, he says, was Justine Musk, who won it in the divorce and never drove it. Nobody had to sue for that one.
