To anyone who thinks otherwise - I am not bashing the US healthcare system. I am highlighting how deeply inhuman the US INSURANCE system is. By & large, the doctors & nurses & other staff in US hospitals that I work with have been incredible. But the insurance system is cruel.

I am shocked as to how an insurance company is allowed to “recoup” money (11 months LATER) from a claim that met medical criteria AND was authorized prior to the provided service. 11 months later! 😳😳 How is that legal? That is THEFT!!

Anticholinergics, which are considered a first line med therapy for overactive bladder can cause dry mouth in up to 69% of patients. Guess what has 0% risk of dry mouth? VAGINAL ESTROGEN. Vaginal estrogen should be the first line treatment for overactive bladder when appropriate

I love answering the most basic questions about sex that people are afraid to ask, bc they feel like they should already know. It's not embarrassing not to know, I promise. The state of sex ed in the US is abysmal, plus even good sex ed doesn't answer some of the questions I get.

Men support abortion when ending a pregnancy serves their interests. The purpose of forced birth laws is to remove our independent access to deciding the same for ourselves. The leading cause of death for pregnant women is murder. If men want to end a pregnancy, they find a way.
