FUSION’26 is officially in the books 💜
The theme of this year was simply this: what does it actually look like when AI stops assisting the enterprise and starts working inside it?
Thank you to every speaker who got on that stage and answered honestly instead of safely, and to every CIO, founder, and builder who gave us a day to figure this out together. Grateful to every single attendee who made this edition what it was with your energy.
We'll see you at FUSION'27, and we promise to make it bigger and better🚀

Congrats to Console team on the Palo Alto Networks acquisition. Great outcome for the team and their investors.
A few people asked what this means for AI-native ITSM ecosystem
Atomicwork started building AI-native ITSM in late 2022 even before Serval or Console started, but our ambition has moved well beyond automating IT workflows.
Most IT teams are understaffed and overworked. They don’t need another AI tool or workflow automator. They need more capacity, capability and 24×7 coverage.
That’s why we’re building an AI Workforce for Enterprise IT.
A few others asked why we didn’t jump into the PR battle with other startups like Serval.
Because startups obsessing over other startups is frogs-in-the-well mentality.
The real opportunity isn’t inside the startup well. It’s the massive incumbent ocean outside it.
And since Jan'25, there hasn’t been a quarter where an incumbent or a major enterprise software company hasn’t reached out to us about a strategic partnership.
Finally, I have more entertaining stories about investors trying to manufacture startup rivalries including sending their most famous portfolio CEOs to convince me to take their money or fund one of our competitors. Those are for another day :)

The wheel didn't make humans lazy. It freed them to build cities.
The printing press didn't replace writers. It gave ideas a longer life.
Every tool that changed the world did one thing: it took something off the human plate so humans could reach higher.
We built AI Workforce because we believe that's still true. That the most important thing a team can do is spend less time on the work that can be handled and more time on the work that can't.
That's what we buit this for.
This is the philosophy of our AI Workforce and how you get YOUR moment! ❤️

From backing Sun Microsystems in its earliest days to being OpenAI's first institutional investor, Vinod has spent four decades spotting where technology goes next, across chips, clean energy, biotech, and now AI. Few names carry that kind of range and staying power in this industry.
He'll be joining a room of 100+ CIOs and technology leaders on September 29th at the Palace Hotel, San Francisco.

“Powers that want to destroy India” - you mean the 18 yr old who studied over 12 hours a day for a paper that leaked before she sat the exam?
India isn’t threatened by students demanding fair exams. It’s threatened by adults like you who call them enemies for it.
One thing is clear: the Delhi protesters want to plunge India into chaos, and stop the nation's progress. We must defeat this malicious agenda, which is aided and abetted by powers that want to destroy India.
We have a vibrant democracy and elections are the proper way to express our collective judgment.

Systems used to manage people now apply to the AI workforce: identity, role, access, budget, performance.
Each AI coworker has a name, a mandate, a manager, and the tools to carry work from request to resolution.
The existing workforce model, extended to AI.

Today, we're launching the Atomicwork AI Workforce, and we believe this is one of the most significant shifts in how enterprises get work done.
For the past decade, organisations have been building AI into their workflows. But the unit of operation that enterprises are actually built on has never been a task or a workflow. It's always been a person. Someone who owns a role, shows up with context, asks for help when they need it, and gets better over time.
Every dimension your organisation already uses to manage people applies to the Atomicwork AI Workforce. Identity, job role, access, budget, performance. An AI coworker has a name, a defined scope, a human manager, and the tools to see work through from start to finish. The operating model is the same one your organisation has run on for decades.
What's changed is that the technology to make this real has finally arrived, and for the first time, all the pieces are ready at the same time and they compose.
We're not asking teams to rethink how they work. We're giving them a workforce that works the way they already do.

At Atomicwork, we don’t just have GenAI but seriously tail-ented super agents behind the scenes… and no, they’re not on X.
When it comes to automating furflows and boosting pawductivity, we trust only the best. Who else can answer your questions at the speed of a wagging tail or a curious meow? 🐕💨🐈🐾
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐯𝐞:
🔹 They’re always “on” (except for those epic power naps).
🔹 No paw-blems with multitasking.
🔹 They’re experts at barking out solutions in record time.
🔹 They never take coffee breaks. ☕
🔹 Bonus: They can fetch success - just don’t ask them to fetch your coffee.
At Atomicwork, we are more than just Pawgentic AI. After all, nothing brings "efficiency" like a furry friend. These furry companions are the true masterminds behind everything we do. 🐶🐱
P.S. - I have a bone to pick with the CEO pawgent who is trying to steal my job!

It’s a small milestone, but for a bootstrapped startup with $0 spend and a team of two, it feels meaningful. Proud of the progress we’re making.
When everything exists to entertain, I find it hard to be mindful and mostly end up being mindfull
