This version of the Bad Angel is essentially a flying weapons platform. It's fast and agile, loaded with firepower, but light on hull strength. It has powerful shields and defensive measures to compensate, but the main design philosophy is "get them before they get you."

Dampe RNG has been solved on OoT
When Dampe blinks, he flutters his eyes either 3 or 4 times. By taking note of how long each blink is and putting them in a calculator, the possible RNG seeds can eventually be narrowed down to guarantee the heart piece, at the cost of some waiting.
