ai made building cheap. it didn't make direction cheap. when your end goal can be one prompt, a roadmap matters more, not less. part 1: the problem, why it's getting worse, and how to version a product by what you've learned, not what you've shipped: teapaw.org/Alabhya1/status/211294…

velocity charts in an ai-native team measure the wrong thing. the code is cheap. the bottleneck is how fast you make decisions. nobody's charting that.

"let's add ai to it" is the new "let's make it an app." neither is a strategy. both are a way to avoid asking what the user is actually stuck on.

the only test i trust for an ai feature: if you removed it tomorrow, who would message you? if the answer is nobody, it's a demo you're paying to host.

every company's ai roadmap has the same five features: chat, summarise, search, draft, agent. the differentiator is the sixth thing they refused to build.

new PM interview question i'd ask in 2026: "show me something you killed, and the evidence that killed it." anyone can ship now. fewer people can stop.

If “kya badbada rahe ho” was a startup 😅
We’ve raised $1.3M from YC & Afore Capital so you never have to type or speak again. Typing is slow. Talking into your computer is awkward. Subvocal fixes both Our glasses give you the speed of speech without you making a sound or touching a keyboard. It tracks your internal speech muscles with non-contact sensing and decodes silent, almost invisible mouthing into text at more than 200 words/min. Pre-orders are now live at: subvocal.co/preorder?utm_sou…

ibm shipping identities and revocable permissions for agents is the boring news that matters this week. the spec question most PMs haven't written yet: what is this agent allowed to do without asking?

last week i ported duck hunt to the browser as a side project. this week deepmind's genie 4 generates playable worlds that stay consistent for two minutes. game prototypes are about to cost nothing. knowing what makes a game fun still costs everything.

hot take: PMs who can't read a diff are going to have a rough 2027. not to write the code. to know what the agent actually did before you tell a customer it's done.

openai just cut terra's api price in half. if "cost per task" is on your roadmap, it was wrong yesterday. model prices now move faster than your planning cycle. reprice every quarter, or you'll kill features that just became profitable.

microsoft offering buyouts to a quarter of its workforce in the same week it doubles down on ai spend. that's the most honest roadmap a company can publish. budgets say what you're building. press releases say what you'd like people to think.

Rosco 🐶 😢
#MexicoGP is remembering F1 figures for Day of the Dead and Roscoe is featured. ❤️

the glowing apple logo is back on the macbook pro after 10 years, and it's genuinely nostalgic. the touchscreen i'm less sold on. smudges all over a glossy oled, a screen that wobbles every time you tap it, and your arm held up in the air to use it. the ergonomics don't add up.

multi-agent projects across repos is the github universe announcement i'd watch. one agent without a roadmap builds the wrong feature. five agents without one build five wrong features, in parallel, across your whole codebase.

superhuman's PMF score was 22%. they didn't add features. they narrowed to the segment that loved it most: 33%. three quarters later: 58%. when a feature costs an afternoon, narrowing is the harder discipline. teapaw.org/Alabhya1/status/211294…
