Weird the @Alberta_UCP and @ABDanielleSmith don't have the entire UCP lineup retweeting this since they're SO CONCERNED about transparency and corruption... #abpoli
Mraiche family affair:
"Investigative reporting, judicial reviews, and court filings indicate that at least seven immediate and extended family members of Sam Mraiche are woven directly into this procurement, staffing, and corporate network.
Watchdogs frequently point to this multi-generational involvement to demonstrate how deeply the private contractor's family has penetrated provincial operations.
The specific breakdown of the family members involved includes:
1. The Direct Descendant: 1 Relative
Khalil Mraiche (Son):
Corporate registries unmasked him as the sole shareholder of a private numbered company where senior AHS procurement chiefs, Prasad and Iskiw, quietly served as directors.
Immediately following this arrangement, Marshall hired Khalil directly into the Premier’s Office as a UCP government political and policy staffer.

2. The Siblings & In-Laws: 2 Relatives
Dr. Fatima Mraiche (Sister):
The corporate owner behind the numbered shell company that purchased the $1.6-million luxury Edmonton property where former Chief of Staff Marshall lived while actively overseeing provincial healthcare asset routing.
Mohamed "Mike" Eldassouki (Brother-in-Law):
A senior executive at MHCare Medical and the principal owner of the construction management company involved in the $100-million Indigenous recovery centre contracts.
He is currently the central figure in the $30-million extortion and corporate forgery court battle against Melewka Homes.

3. The Extended Network: 4 Relatives
Ahmad Jebara (Nephew):
Formally hired as a UCP government policy advisor.
Whistleblower timelines revealed his employment contract was finalized on the exact same day that Fatima Mraiche closed the deal on the luxury home for the Premier's Chief of Staff.
Mahmoud Jebara (Nephew):
Hired into a second governmental policy advisor role.
Freedom of Information (FOIP) requests later revealed that the Alberta government possesses zero emails, briefing notes, or written policy work written by either nephew during their collective years on the public payroll.
Hussein Moussa (Nephew):
Directly placed inside the healthcare apparatus, serving as a procurement officer for AHS, the exact agency routing the multi-million dollar supply contracts.
Ahmed Eldassouki (Nephew):
Embedded into the political staffing infrastructure, serving as a ministerial intern within the UCP government.
The Marital Connection:
Justice Minister Mickey Amery:
While not a blood relative, public records and legislative debates have highlighted that Alberta’s Minister of Justice is a close personal friend who is related to Mraiche by marriage.
Amery faced intense criticism for introducing retroactive legislation that shortened investigative timelines right as Elections Alberta was actively probing Mraiche's campaign donation networks...1/
Draisaitl doesn't score on the first one, changes to a worse angle and scores from there instead.

That is a HUGE blocked shot by Murphy with 24 square feet of open net #LetsGoOilers
Weak call there. What's Draisaitl supposed to do, let the guy steamroll him? #LetsGoOilers
Someone tell Ekholm it's a little late to dress up as Draisaitl, but he can keep doing it if he wants. #LetsGoOilers
McDavid now has as many points as Calgary's leading scorer last season. #LetsGoOilers

When you see the speed the UCP acted on the water main investigation versus how little they've done on the MHCare procurement scandal while continually avoid the subject, it sure makes you wonder what a public inquiry would find 🤔 #ableg
Alberta’s government has released an independent inspection report into the City of Calgary’s management of the Bearspaw South Feeder Main, and its findings raise serious questions.
In 2016, while Naheed Nenshi was mayor, he and his chief of staff received a draft-final independent report identifying serious problems with Calgary’s water utility. Nenshi didn’t share the report with city council, which could have spared Calgarians from the chaos of repeated water main breaks and a substantial increase in their water rates.
Nearly a decade later, Calgarians are paying the price: repeated water main breaks, water rates up more than 78%, and $1.1 billion in utility revenues directed into general city revenues.
Naheed Nenshi needs to explain what he knew, when he knew it, and what actions he took. Calgarians deserve answers.

UCP MLAs & staffers crawling over themselves to post about Nenshi, like every post is an entry into a draw.
What’s the prize? Oilers tickets? A booze cruise? Get to bring Dani’s gold cat home for the weekend?

Not true. Hegseth gets his clothes from a company called Book a Tailor, which he confirmed in a Fox News segment. I suspect he got his clothes for free in exchange for this mention on Fox News. The company owner confirmed in an interview that their suits are made in Thailand.
In the time he since promoted this company, three US suit factories have faced closure. Instead of promoting US-made clothing, Hegseth promoted cheap imports that undercut US manufacturers.
You only think they're made in the US because the clothes are plastered with US flags. This is because you are more easily impressed by spectacle than substance, which is why this administration is so exciting for you.

My guess is the Nenshi waterworks meme & report were intended to be used right before the next election, but with the Premier caught red handed in a gerrymandering scandal, following multiple other scandals (losing her separatist campaign) she needed to change the channel. #ableg

A mayor doesn’t have dictator powers like Danielle
He’s one vote, ask Ric McIver if he supported raising taxes to fix pipes that weren’t yet broken, he’s in your caucus
What else is Nenshi hiding from Albertans? 🤔
He needs to clear the air on this scandal, right now 📢
Albertans deserve better.

Replying to @JasonNixonAB @scottjcyr
Alberta’s finance minister apparently can’t get two basic facts straight from his own government’s $1.4-million report.
Page 54: The evidence doesn’t establish Nenshi approved withholding recommendations.
Page 55: The review didn’t identify the water main’s condition.
Two pages that demolish Nixon’s entire narrative.
Apparently, facts are optional in this cabinet.
