💚 FUNERAL SERVICE OF BUSI MWALE 💚 Grasping at straws, grappling with the situation. Busi worked with the scraps she was given. And made miracles every day for her people. When the road got rough, she was never alone. With Snake Park she soldiered on. We appreciate you Leader

I am currently at Doornkop Community Hall, alongside my beautiful wife, our Provincial and Regional Leadership, the community, our activists, and most importantly, the grieving family of the late Cllr. Busisiwe Mwale, as we gather to celebrate her life and honour a legacy that will never be forgotten. Today is a painful reminder that behind every leader is a family, loved ones and a community left to grapple with the pain of loss. As we remember Cllr. Mwale, our thoughts and prayers remain with her family. May they find strength in the love surrounding them and comfort in the memories of the life she lived. May her soul rest in eternal peace. #MHSRP
ActionSA family mourns the heartbreaking loss of Cllr. Busisiwe Mwale, a dedicated leader who served as Joburg Region C Convenor, PR Councillor, Women’s Forum Regional Chairperson and Ward 129, Snake Park Councillor Candidate. May God comfort her loved ones and the entire ActionSA family during this difficult time. Lala Ngoxolo Cllr. Mwale🕊

This morning, I met with iKosi Mkhambi II Mahlangu, the senior traditional leader of the amaNdebele Ndzundza Sokhulumi Traditional Authority. This engagement formed part of an update to the traditional council, and the broader community, about the City’s efforts to provide clean and safe water to residents of Region 7. We also provided an update about refurbishments underway at the Bronkhorstspruit Water Treatment Plant, and the City’s efforts to deliver water to communities through Jojo Tankers and water tankers. This engagement forms part of our continued effort to increase awareness to the wider community of Region 7. @CityTshwane

🚨ACTION ON THE GROUND IN WARD 110, MIDRAND! I am currently in Ward 110, Midrand, alongside our Councillor Candidate, for the big reveal of a spaza shop to be handed over to one of the young entrepreneurs in the area. Through #Spazas4Local, ActionSA is turning commitment into action by supporting local entrepreneurs, creating opportunities, and helping township businesses grow. I am equally proud to see so many households openly declaring their support through #StopNonsense. Our people are making their voices heard, and their votes are not a secret! They are standing up for accountability and demanding a better future for their communities. This is what action on the ground looks like: supporting local businesses, empowering entrepreneurs, and engaging directly with our communities. #UnfinishedBusiness #OperationFixJoburg

💚 MEET THE CANDIDATE 💚 NAME: King Kabelo Modingoana WARD: 22 MUNICIPALITY: City of Tshwane A SERVANT LEADER FOR THE PEOPLE From the pulpit of faith to the platform of public leadership, King Kabelo Modingoana has dedicated his life to serving people, developing communities, and advancing ethical leadership. Born in Mabopane and raised in Lebanon, King understands the realities, aspirations, and daily challenges faced by the people of his community. He completed his primary education at Edwin Moalosi Primary School, before matriculating from Ngaka Maseko High School. He later obtained a National Diploma in Marketing from Tshwane University of Technology and continues to pursue further academic and professional development, with a Masters Degree being a current pursuit. With more than 13 years of professional experience in Project Management within a State-Owned Enterprise, King has successfully managed complex projects, coordinated diverse stakeholders, and worked across multidisciplinary teams. His career has equipped him with extensive expertise in strategic planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, resource management, service delivery, and accountability—skills that are essential for effective local government leadership. His work has afforded him the opportunity to engage with communities, institutions, and stakeholders across several countries, including Namibia, Sweden, Germany, France, India, and Qatar. These international travels broadened his understanding of how capable, ethical, and accountable leadership can transform communities, create economic opportunities, and improve the quality of life for ordinary citizens. During these engagements, King reached a profound conclusion: poverty, underdevelopment, and poor service delivery are not inevitable—they are the consequences of leadership choices. This conviction was further strengthened through his study of economic development and governance, including the influential work Why Africa Is Poor. He became convinced that communities flourish when leaders place people before politics, integrity before personal gain, and service before self-interest. Beyond his professional career, King has devoted many years to community service and faith-based leadership. He has served in various leadership capacities within the church, mentoring young people, supporting families, strengthening community relationships, and promoting moral and ethical leadership. His commitment to community development extends beyond words; it is reflected in years of practical service to people from all walks of life. Witnessing the struggles of unemployed youth, the neglect of senior citizens, the challenges facing child-headed households, and the growing frustration caused by poor municipal service delivery inspired him to enter public office. He believes that elected representatives must be visible, accessible, accountable, and actively engaged in solving the everyday problems faced by residents. His mission is clear: to eradicate economic, social, and psychological poverty through ethical leadership, community empowerment, transparent governance, and sustainable local development. King Kabelo Modingoana is not simply asking for your vote—he is offering a lifelong commitment to serve the people of Ward 22 with integrity, excellence, humility, and unwavering dedication LET ACTION LEAD - let King be #DrNasiphiMoyaForMayor #5MOREYEARS #fivemoreyears #ClockIt4DrNasiphiMoya 📌

When Dr Nasiphi Moya said; “Please protect me from that Man” I knew that my love for ActionSA runs deep, it is a patriotic duty to vote for ActionSA!
The man wanted to cry last night. For the first time, a woman exposed his lies and arrogance live for the entire country to see. His funders are not happy with him at this moment. They invested heavily in a lie

When I became Mayor in October 2024, I inherited a municipality in serious financial difficulty, with four consecutive unfunded budgets and more than R13 billion in accumulated debt, including approximately R6.7 billion owed to Eskom. Families in Ikageng had endured eight years without reliable water, residents in Soshanguve faced repeated electricity outages, and approximately one in three economically active residents could not find work. That was the Tshwane we inherited. We could have spent our time blaming the previous administration, explaining the problems and making excuses for the state of our capital. Instead, we chose to get to work.
Today, we present The Tale of Tshwane, our vision for turning the page on failed government and building a Capital City that works for its people. As ActionSA, we are asking residents to give us #5MoreYears to continue the work of rebuilding Tshwane, restoring confidence and putting residents first. The next chapter belongs to the people of Tshwane. 🇿🇦
