What happened early this morning confirmed America been gimped by fucking DC and Congress for almost 80 years. We could have stopped the Cold War with Operation Unthinkable, Korea and Vietnam were winnable and the post CW through GWOT era should have never happened but a return to Teddie big Stick Diplomacy not Democracy building. Once, not if, once US starts building a Space Force Fleet with SpaceX and Lockheed Martin contractors it’s going to be pretty clear what US should have been doing instead of rules based bullshit/UN policeman. We are supposed to drag humanity into the Stars Hell or High water.

In laymans terms, Titanium implants are strong and the body accepts them, but they’re way too stiff because the metal takes almost all the pressure, the real bone next to it gets lazy and starts to weaken over time (like a muscle that doesn’t get used). This was the issue with earlier titanium implants and joint replacements the new implant though are made from a special zinc alloy shaped like a lightweight, sponge-like lattice it is flexible and almost like real bone, so it shares the load properly and doesn’t cause that weakening problem Whats REALLY fucking cool is that its also designed to dissolve over time So its a temporary implant, and as it dissolves, it releases minerals and ions that actually promote your new, healthy bone in its place When the job is done, the implant is mostly gone and your own bone has taken over and is the proper strength -medical engineering is a marvel
today while talkin to my friend (who’s a doctor) I learned something really crazy That the titanium implants don't just sit in bone they actually bone grows into them the oxide layer on titanium surface is chemically close enough to biological tissue that cells can't find the boundary so they erase it osseointegration isn't the implant holding on it's biology deciding the metal belongs there the skeleton adopts the foreign object as its own Cyborg vibes

Because Ron is a better persona in the books. The films have, among other things, to have made love relationships meaningless, in fact that he is against cannon ships in general he has never read the books but only seen the films. Ron also had a broken leg in the books when he confronts Black.
How could Hermione go for Ron having this man courting her?

Gm The amount of strange attorneys is a sight to behold Them: blah blah blah stuff not related stuff not to talk about during the court call Me (waits until finished): here's where we are at, here is what I'm asking for the next court date and time, and what the parties should do in the mean time The bar for being a competent and normal attorney is so, so, so low

Because it really was shot across the global bow not to fuck with America(Mostly aimed at USSR). Everyone but Americans also think we are the most likely to still pull the trigger again if a nuke because we are the only ones who have done it in anger. There might be some truth to that. MAD doctrine works because the world still doesn’t know if America might just fire a nukes off to level any nation that tries to be number two to use it in war.
One thing I’ve noticed from using Twitter’s auto-translate feature: Americans seem to bring up the atomic bombings of Japan far less often than I expected. Honestly, that surprised me.

The west defied this nature which lead to it being great. Getting the vast majority of your men to buy into your society can do great things. Killing that engine will ruin a society.
BREAKING: most male animals that are not high-performing specimens of their species do not get to mate either. Stop crying and acting like human females are being unreasonable here.

Nick has told his audience to: 1. Not be fat 2. Take marriage seriously and choose your wife carefully. 3. Get into the best school you can and infiltrate politics. If Nick’s haters didn’t have lies, they’d have nothing.

On the individual level he is wrong. On the meta and systematic level. He’s genius and far ahead of the game.
Fuentes has told his audience to: 1. Not work out 2. Not get married 3. Not get involved in politics He wants his audience not to improve themselves, not to find meaning in family, and not to work to improve politics. He wants them to be resentful people who sit at home.

Do you know how bad the allied BOMBER fleet casualties were? Like really bad. Shut up bitch
As if women on the home front didn't suffer during rationing in WW2. Not fighting in war does not mean women or others at home don't suffer from the effects of war. Let's overlook all the women who worked in factories because the men were dying overseas.

Then don’t fuck up. Oh wait he did.
That’s retarded reasoning. You don’t punish people by giving the subversives exactly what they want

I have been wondering for many months now about the pro-Steam bots that come out of the woodwork the moment you say anything negative about Valve's store. I am not generally a conspiracy theorist but having experienced them, there is something unique here that I do not see in other patterns of user swarms on things like anti-AI games or Playstation physical discs, which I think have a larger percentage of real people to bots. Pro-Steam swarms have: 1. Many accounts with little-to-no followers, most unverified, most not following you 2. Instant community note swatting by an AI noter (says so in the descriptions of the notes) which abuses the notes systems; the bots coordinate to upvote the note so that it quickly appears 3. Absolute focus on incredibly minor, dumb points that only an LLM would care about (gross revenue of steam versus not; ironic given Steam's AI data labeling. Whoever is running the farm should label themselves!) At first you would think this would be a Valve-originated initiative, but this makes no sense. Gabe was one of the Microsoft OGs and has been a wealthy man since the 1990s. Valve is a tiny company that does no marketing because it has a printing press of money, and twitter doesn't really matter to them. Finally, and most importantly, they would never want to do something that could be traced to them. So it's not Valve. But who has financial incentive to put the money behind an operation like this? I think a lot about the large percentage of Steam usage that is in China. The Steam userbase that has Simplified Chinese as a default peaked at 54.6% of all Steam users in February 2026, though it ebbs and flows and can dip down to 30% depending on the month. The normal global client for Steam is not allowed in China; they have a China-specific version of Steam that is far more limited, and so many Chinese users access global Steam through VPNs, paying through local payment processors. I estimate that at least $30BN dollars has been spent by Chinese Steam players over the last decade, making it a huge part of Valve's business. I have always been surprised the Chinese government allowed these loopholes, as many other global services are normally unavailable, and the domestic client is so limited because it follows local laws, meaning that the government are permitting their populace to skip it. It would be very easy for the government to tell Alipay or Wechat Pay to stop processing Steam payments and the money tap from China would go off in a second. I suspect there is some financial incentive coming through here (whether the Chinese VPN networks or other places down in the payment chain) to quash any competition that would threaten the revenue coming from these Steam loopholes. I can't come up with a better theory, but am open to others from people; you know, ones who who aren't Steam bots.

I hate to draw this comparison because others have made it (I started talking about this in 2017, tbh), but look at the DSA's impact on the Dems. DSA is a distinctly separate party, but they own a wing of the Democrat Party and are obviously its future.

You say this but you are within strike distance of almost all our air power assets and I’m not talking about any naval assets
Brazilians' blind spot is the hypothetical "eternal American empire". It's not too dissimilar to rightoids who believe America never won any wars because "it doesn't want to" or "we just have to try harder". The truth is, the American Empire is already on its twilight years. It has lost its leverage in the Middle East. It's abandoning NATO and the EU. Even in continental US, living standards are decaying day by day. Even the supposed military prowess of America is nothing more than a husk, a falsehood. As @imetatronink and others put it, America is incapable of fighting a peer adversary in the 21st century. And economically, it is gradually losing its grip on the world through the dollar. If Trump decides, in a flight of fancy, to freeze Brazilian assets, it will only serve to accelerate dedolarization due to American volatility. The fantasy of "resuming" American hegemony is just that: a fantasy. Trump surely has such ambitions, but many seem to be unaware that what he is doing is merely accelerating the end of the American Empire. Brazilians need to understand that America is not the mighty titan it once was. And perhaps even its "might" was fragile and illusory.

Asks to sell on the biggest platform. The deal is 30% of income. Asks to sell in the biggest economy in the world. Uncle Sam deal is 30% holdings until income know . Complains about the deal for entering the market instead of figuring out how to increase margins or sales volume.
Disagree with Sweeney all you want, but here’s my reality: Steam takes 30%, then US withholding takes 30% of my remaining share on US sales. I’m left with 49% before covering development costs. I fund the game and take the risk, yet more than half is already gone. Feels like getting robbed, tbh.

As the customer. I DONT FUCKING BLOODY care you fuck wit. I hear even Joe Brammer of @WARDOGS complaining about Steam Reviews. Sorry but I buy on Steam because I can vote and review games fairly and if you suck for what EVER fucking reason I can say so. Sucks to suck but welcome to the ruthless market economy.
Steam really should have much much lower fee tiers that would benefit most small indies developers. It would be a rounding error in terms of profit for Valve. Scale from something like 15% on the low end (or even 10%) then 30% at a million bucks. Valve already offers the uber high earning developers a lower rate because they want to keep those people happy. Valve offers nothing for small indies who need a break the most and where every dollar counts and is significant. Again, any fee discount here is an utter rounding error to Valve profits. They would not feel it. EVEN APPLE offers 15% until you hit $1 million in revenue then the 30% kicks in. Apple! Before you say "Valve offers you access to their users", like a Muppet, consider that this doesn't concern you (a user) at all. You pay no more and no less for a game. Why do you even have an opinion here?

If there’s anything Brazil has taught us over the last four years, it’s that Leftists will rig elections, call themselves defenders of democracy while they’re doing it, hijack the courts after they’ve won, use them to convert the country into a soft dictatorship, and then arrest their political enemies, ban free speech, and attack social media platforms they can’t control in order to guarantee that they never lose power ever again. And with that power they will construct an inverted hierarchy that places troons, third worldists, criminals, drug addicts, and mentally ill lunatics at the top of the social pyramid, all while acting like they’re fighting for equality and just being a heckin’ decent human being.
