Off center opposite BP. Goal is to hit a LD without slice between the left fielder & the foul line. We put a 4x4 down to insure a normal stride line & to avoid excessive diving.Really good drill to find the proper contact point on pitches away.

Big thank you to all of the coaches and players who made camp such a good experience today! I loved all of the reps off the bat in the outfield and feedback on hitting. Also got to meet and talk with former FPX player @YatesAddi !! "It's a transfer of weight back, sort of like a pendulum effect. The bottom half starts to go forward where as your top half is going back. Your hands are actually going back when your feet are going forward. That's how you wait on a ball." Wade Boggs

Since the quoted post is blowing up, here is a more in-depth breakdown of why I personally believe post contact direction & channeling all of your energy “through” w/ medball movement prep is vital to creating efficient movement patterns & direction in the swing. Listen below👇

notice how they are all trying to hold direction “through” the wall not spin off. Lesson there.

🚨 Just a Reminder 🚨 Division I softball is in a dead period from Aug 28 – Sept 3. 👉 No in-person recruiting, no campus visits, no coaches watching games. 👉 BUT… coaches can still call, text, and email you. ✅ Use this time to update your profile, send your emails, and stay ready—recruiting picks back up Sept 4 with the evaluation period. Stay consistent. Stay prepared. Your opportunity is coming. 💪🥎

I’m not an Arod fan but this is great! You can tell that he’s been attacked by the Feel vs Real crowd who think they understand hitting because they watch videos. #ListenToThePros #shegone @notgaetti @BobFile @twuench @billdubs @SliderDominate @slider_sinker @ROXSystem @BLocsports @TheRealJHair @WillClark22 @DMEASrecruiting @GDBJr5 @mikepiazza31 @RealCJ10 @zack_cozart @tybuttrey_ @JayGibbons15 @CRAIG_LAPINER @hittingguru7 @CoachMunoz51
