All the better to save your time, money and natural body and do nothing, since the outcome is the same no matter what. If everyone did that... well. Also, as far as this being the options for a woman in showbiz:
Your options as a woman in show business appear to be do nothing at all and have people post “what happened to her” before and after photos, accusing you of not being 23 forever, or trying to stop the ravages of time and have people post “what happened to her” before and after photos, accusing you of not being 23 forever. Or, if you’re in the top .1% of genetics like Helen Mirren, you get to be used as an example of how to “age gracefully”. Bleak.
This meme is very funny, because the guy who wrote it was so upset that he was accurately identified as a moral hypocrite that he accidentally confirmed it as accurate
This
Genuinely one of the worst accounts on here, misinterprets and twists the basic information in order to hate on the DCU, but then jumps through hoops to make excuses for Marvel.
Hypocrisy personified, he will call out people who enjoy the DCU and instigate something then play the victim when they give a rebuttal. Calls fans sensitive, but blocked me because I called him out for being miserable as he was complaining about DC fans being hyped for MoT.
This was true the first time too

“What Trump stood for, some of it turned out to not be real. Like one of them was the no wars. Well, look, we’re at war with Iran. So that wasn’t real.”

Bizarre take, in many ways:
-nolan is not an auteur
-YCSE is making money not because it’s original, but because of Holmes
-Waititi is ALSO not an auteur nor is his movie original
So, why does this tweet exist?
At a time when the box office is rebounding, and embracing auteur-driven fare (i.e. Christopher Nolan’s near $1.8B grossing The Odyssey) as well as originality (a three-hour documentary about a delusional, scandalous tech titan called You Can See Everything), the star studded Jenna Ortega and Amy Adams starring Klara and the Sun failed to shine with a $701K domestic opening last weekend. The movie, booked at 880 locations, posted a theater average that was less than $800.

When you’re a hater and you post a hate tweet without the hate, everyone knows what you mean, including you. That’s all it means, @MinuteNerdNews

This would be pretty nutty if they just straight up adapted/expanded the original story, because the female lead is just an insane klepto/prankster who accidentally wanders into a killer bird plot

This is inaccurate. He’s a Snyder cultist.
This is inaccurate.
I'm not a James Gunn or Clayface hater—quite the opposite, actually. I want these great characters to succeed and the company to make great movies, but this is damaging if you believe it to be true.
Every movie has a production and marketing budget. Domestically, studios for big DC/Marvel movies get 50%-55% of the box office gross; the rest goes to theaters. Internationally, studios earn 40%, while in China they get only 25%.
A film must make 2.5x its production budget to break even. If Clayface has a $44M budget, its marketing budget was probably $30M-$40M.
If a film doesn't recoup at the box office then PVOD, physical/digital sales, streaming licenses, merch, and licensing can contribute to its performance.
Clayface is neither a flop nor a success yet, but it has great reviews.

The most insane part of this is that he says "I agree that these are terrible people", he just thinks it's weird that they are informed as he is. He also doesn't know the name of the interior minister of japan! Insane how this conversation is going these days.
Sorkin haters hardest hit that he is pretty self effacing and agrees with them… but they’re not going to stop
“People will use anything to prove they’re right”

People use anything to prove they're right. In #Joker 2019, Arthur wants to be referred to as Joker because that’s the name Murray gave him while joking about him. Arthur embraced the hate to get close to Murray for revenge.
A great film that was written off by many but ended up proving them all wrong.
