Hardware First

Some people support an event. Some people become the reason it runs smoothly. @JaswanthBeere from @thelaunchd was the latter. He came to the hacker house, spent time with every builder, listened to their stories, documented their journeys and helped take their work to a wider audience. And behind the scenes, he helped with event coordination, execution and all the little things that needed attention. Hardware First would have been much harder to pull off without him. Thank you, Jaswanth. You were truly part of the team.

One of the most valuable things in a 6-day hardware residency is time. @Teja_Manchu Sai Teja understood that. He generously made a Bambu Lab X1C 3D printer available to our builders so they could print, test, redesign and keep moving without waiting. He even offered space at their institute if we needed it. No big promises. Just real support when it mattered. Thank you, Sai Teja and @nxtwave_tech !

What a finale for Hardware First Residency at @TWorksHyd T-Works! Thank you @jogitanikella Joginder sir for all your kind support. After 6 days of building, our 8 builders got to put their working creations in front of people and demonstrate what they'd made. A huge thank you to T-Works for hosting our showcase, inviting @g_satheeshreddy Dr. Satheesh Reddy as chief guest and giving builders the opportunity to interact with him. And for supporting the builds themselves through 3D printing and rapid prototyping. You helped us both build and showcase. Thank you!

A big thank you to @usesillycuts SillyCuts, and especially @AskBaluBabu and @IKnowJoy They didn't just offer design support from a distance. They personally came to the Hardware First hacker house, worked alongside the builders and helped solve real product design challenges. The difference between a prototype and a usable product often comes down to details like these. Thank you for being there and making things happen.
