ALT Take part in research on: Autistic people's experiences of retirement. What is the research about? There is very little research about the experiences of older autistic adults and almost nothing about autistic people's experiences of retirement. We want to conduct some of the first interviews with autistic people about retirement. We will use our findings to make recommendations about what needs to be done to make sure autistic people have positive experiences of retirement. You can take part if you are autistic (including self-identified), are aged 55 or older, are planning on retiring in the next five years, or if you have retired in the last 10 years. You must also be living in the UK to participate. Scan the QR code to register your interest or go to bit.ly/CRAEretirement

ALT As a person with lived experience who has helped to write this policy over the past two years I am very excited. I think the policy will help local health and car services to make sure people with a learning disability and autistic people in their area get support so they do not need to go into hospital.
