This is what OBC doolla sir wrote to the faculty. He is even proud of the reservation policy. Now it's the general caste only who's fighting for his rights. He must have realised how hard life can be for general category and their students when people misuse laws against them 🙏

मेरा सरकार से स्पष्ट आग्रह है-SC/ST कानून सामाजिक न्याय और सुरक्षा का मजबूत माध्यम है, किसी को झूठे मुकदमे में फँसाने का हथियार नहीं।
जो कोई भी जानबूझकर इस कानून का दुरुपयोग कर निर्दोष व्यक्ति को फँसाता है, उसके विरुद्ध कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई और सख्त सजा का प्रावधान होना चाहिए।
कानून का सम्मान तभी होगा,जब उसका दुरुपयोग भी बर्दाश्त न किया जाए।

SC ST आरक्षण का लाभ दलित आदिवासी जातियों में गिनी चुनी केवल 4-5 जातियों को मिला है।
डोम,मतंग, वाल्मीकि, नट, मुसहर, मांझी, भील, तुरई, गोंड,संथाल आदि वंचित वर्ग की दहलीज पर आरक्षण आजतक पहुंचा ही नहीं। इनके हिस्सेदारी दलितों में टॉप ग्रेड सरकारी पदों पर 1% से भी कम है।
अब समय आ गया है आरक्षण में वर्गीकरण और क्रीमिलेयर लागू कर वंचित वर्ग के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक आरक्षण का लाभ पहुंचाया जाए।
यही बात जीतनराम मांझी ने उठाई है, और @jitanrmanjhi जी किसी से माफी मांगने की जरूरत नहीं है। किसीं को बुरा लगे तो लगे। बहुजन एकता का ठेका सिर्फ हमने नहीं लिया है।
आरक्षण वर्गीकरण हक़ है हमारा। इसे हम लेकर रहेंगे। हरियाणा में लागू करवाया, तेलगाना में लागू करवाया । अब पूरे भारत में लागू करवाएंगे।

Article 16-4 says reservation can only be provided for inadequate representation.
AISHE (govt own higher edu survey) reports show there was no inadequate representation of SC/ST/OBC in education in Odisha (5 yrs ago it was 56%, now it must have crossed 60-65%).
Still the govt increased reservation.
It's not "social justice", it's pure vote-bank politics!!

2025 में NEET PG Medical Admission system में मेरिट्स में काफी कटौती की गई है। इससे जो स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टर बनने जा रहे हैं, उनकी योग्यता और एजुकेशन पर प्रभाव रहेगा।
इसका असर जनता पर भी हो सकता है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी इसपर अपनी चिंता व्यक्त की है।
प्राइवेट मेडिकल कॉलेजों की फीस आसमान छू रही है। नियम है कि सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज की फीस से दोगुनी प्राइवेट मेडिकल कॉलेज नहीं ले सकते, फिर भी नियम की अनदेखी कर मनमानी फीस वसूली जा रही है।
सरकार को प्राइवेट मेडिकल कॉलेज की फीस का पैसा तय करना चाहिए, जिससे कम पैसे में भी लोग स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टर बन सकें।

The contentions of the petitioners that the fears projected by them should be appreciated in the context of the fact that the present movie is a sequel to the earlier film, especially in the light of the Supreme Court's observations in Rangarajan's case that one movie relating to a social cause may not significantly affect the attitude of individual or a group, but continual exposure to films of a similar character will produce a change.
