As a law enforcement drone operator, you carry more than a controller. You carry the responsibility of making decisions that can affect criminal cases, civil litigation, your agency, and your career.
You know how to fly the drone. But do you know when a drone flight becomes a search? Do you know how courts are applying Open Fields, Curtilage, Exigencies, and Qualified Immunity to drone operations?
The legal landscape is changing rapidly, and yesterday's assumptions may create tomorrow's lawsuit.
Join me on Monday June 29, 2026 in Olmsted Township for the Ohio Law Enforcement Drone Operator Legal Update 2026 and learn how you can reduce legal risk while maximizing the effectiveness of your drone program.

These classes were attended by nearly 500 officers from different parts of Ohio. We eagerly look forward to providing further training to our Buckeye State agencies in 2024.
