A hard coded WHAT?!?! *shakes fist* Damn you, Microsoft!
In an attempt to further speed up Windows 9x QuickInstall, I have patched SYSDM.CPL to remove the hard-coded 8 second delay(!!!) when new hardware is found and reduced it to 300 milliseconds.

Hauled a trunk load of freebies to VCFSW in Dallas! Great show, and was great to bump into @lazygamereviews while heโ€™s in town.

Remember that iconic scene in Terminator 2 when John Connor breaks out an Atari Portfolio to hack an ATM for some spending money at the mall? I won't be using this for anything so nefarious, but I am happy to have it in my collection.

Yesterday, I went to @MuseumSystem with @RetroTechChris for one of their repair workshops. @systems_glitch gave me a second opinion on whatโ€™s wrong with COMPUTER. And it was cool hanging out with everyone and seeing their projects! (Iโ€™ve included a few random exhibit photosโ€ฆ)

Thanks @yyzkevin for the ne2000 Code, and @RetroTechChris for the test. There is currently 2 Branch of the firmware, for the ne2000 and for the USB Mouse. This is work in progress to have Both.
What sorcery is this? Wireless networking on a DOS PC? That's right! @yyzkevin and @FreddyVETELE are working to bring this capability to #PicoMEM, and it is nothing short of AMAZING. Have a look as we browse the web, connect to a Novell server, and fire up MS LAN Manager!

Windows for Workgroups (1992) was a version of Windows 3.1 that introduced networking capabilities, such as file & printer sharing between multiple Windows & MS-DOS PCs. It also debuted Microsoft Schedule+, a calendar app that was later included in Microsoft Office 95 (1995). ๐Ÿ—“
