Shocking Study Reveals How It Slows Breast, Colorectal & Prostate Cancer Growth! Cannabis and breast cancer (BC): BC cells have cannabinoid receptors. Studies in animals show cannabinoids can kill cancer cells, stop them from growing, and prevent them from spreading. THC and JWH-133 (a drug that activates CB2 receptors) slowed tumor growth in mice with BC. Cannabis and colorectal cancer (CRC): CBD reduces the survival of CRC cells that resist chemotherapy. CBD blocks a receptor (GPR55) needed for cancer to spread (metastasis). CBD reduces blood vessel growth in tumors (anti-angiogenic effect) by lowering vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). CBD also reduces inflammation, which can help fight cancer. Cannabis and prostate cancer (PC): PC cells have lots of CB1 and CB2 receptors. Cannabinoids stop the release of tiny particles (exosomes and microvesicles) that help cancer grow. Cannabinoids slow cancer cell growth, stop them from invading other tissues, reduce tumor-supporting tissue (anti-fibroblastic), halt cell division, and trigger cancer cell death (proapoptotic effects). pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/3875…

Why are so many people turning to CBD-only products? Because of stupid laws. Researchers compared CBD-only product use across Canada, the US, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Germany using a large 2024 survey of nearly 80,000 adults. Use was highest in the US and lowest in Australia and New Zealand; purchases generally followed each country’s legal options. Oils (27–47%) and edibles (20–34%) were the most common forms. Main reasons were pain (32–49%), anxiety (30–47%), and depression (24–31%). Having a medical cannabis prescription was the strongest predictor of past-year CBD use (3–15 times higher depending on country). In the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, about one-third of ever-users said they chose CBD-only products because they could not legally access medical cannabis. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4276…

What if medical cannabis could help chronic pain patients get off long-term opioids? Those using cannabis >30 days were compared with those using it ≤30 days; stopping opioids meant a 45+ day gap in prescriptions. Cannabis users were about twice as likely to stop opioids. The link was strongest at lower doses and mid-range doses; no clear effect at high doses. Medical cannabis use was linked to higher rates of opioid discontinuation, which may reduce risks from long-term opioid therapy. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/4295…

You have two paths in front of you: both lead to material wealth.  You can follow the path of love and forgiveness, which will lead to bliss AND give you ALL the material things you desire, or you can follow the most common road to riches…which is to seek riches above all else. You CAN be a mean, hateful, angry, critical, condemning, judgmental, vengeful person and achieve massive wealth. Many who have wealth are just like that. Or you can follow a path of love, forgiveness, understanding, acceptance, and peace.  You have a choice.

Saying it again.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: chronically ill people don’t fake being sick, we fake being well. All. The. Time.

When access for disabled people is denied, it is an ableist exercise in control by nondisabled excluders over disabled people.

Do not take yourself too seriously. Laugh loudly. Stay optimistic, accept rejection, learn from mistakes, work hard, forgive first, show up on time, fight against sense of entitlement, hold doors open a bit longer, and travel light without carrying resentment or bitterness.

If you expensed $16,000 in hotels at your job, you’d be fired. In Doug Ford’s government, you get a raise.

This Thursday evening I'll be opening my order book for my recycled silver casts of real flowers (snowdrop, lily of the valley, wild carrot) & nature finds such as jay feathers and tiny wearable sculptures of garden birds. There'll be a few one-off pieces in my shop and I'll be able to take a limited number of orders for🎄.

Thomas Sowell explains why being willing to admit you’re wrong is one of the most important parts of intellectual growth. The goal isn’t to defend your opinions at all costs. It’s to follow the evidence, even when it forces you to change your mind.

50 Years of Cannabis studies confirm: THC, CBD & synthetics kill cancer cells! Plant-based, body-made, and synthetic cannabinoids all showed anti-cancer effects in lab tests and animals. How well they work depends on: The type of cancer The dose and form of the cannabinoid How many “docking spots” (receptors) the cancer cells have for the cannabinoid The two most studied cannabinoids (THC and CBD) mostly work by attaching to the body’s built-in cannabinoid receptors (called CB1 and CB2), but they can also work through other receptors and channels (like GPR55, TRPM8, TRPV1, etc.). link.springer.com/article/10…

Ford's Conservatives received $150,000 in donations from executives of private career colleges. They ended up with $1 billion from OSAP. Now he's penalizing Ontario students for the fraud that he allowed to happen. #onpoli #onted
