While Ganjam & Gajapati struggles with Massive rain, Waterlogging & Flash Floods. The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) expects the students to go through such disastrous situation & prepare for the exam without Electricity, drenching in rain & cold winds.
Communications are disrupted, NH 326 is disconnected, with roads being destroyed. NH 57 is flooded.
Water rushing to homes, and streets have turned into streams.
If any students get hurt, injured while travelling to the exam centres.
Who would take the responsibility??
In a democracy, where Right to Equality is granted as a Fundamental right. Right to equal opportunity in Public Employment under Article 16(2).
Please consider the pleas of thousands of students to reschedule the OPSC MAINS Exam by a Week. Give them some room to recover & compete fairly.

Koraput MP Saptagiri Sankar Ulaka on Wednesday urged the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) to reschedule the Odisha Civil Services (OCS) Mains examination at the Jeypore centre due to disruptions caused by Cyclone Arnab.
In a letter to OPSC chairman Arun Kumar Sarangi, Ulaka cited disruptions to electricity supply, road connectivity and public transport across southern Odisha, raising concerns over candidates’ ability to appear for the examination scheduled to begin October 31.
