@ForgentPlc formerly known as Eqtec Plc, has announced that investor @DDS_DocHoliday has acquired a significant shareholding, giving him control of 6.56% of #FORG’s voting rights. The acquisition, which took place on 19 October 2026, resulted in Whitlow holding 3,188,000,000 voting rights attached to ordinary shares. #CRPR +60% out of the St1 base. Small Cap / Low Float = 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Expect a pullback at some point but as you know the strongest don't pullback early so buying breakouts should be priority.
