Something Senate Republicans should be actively doing starting now and continuing over the next several years until they get the majority back is replacing old bull senators with young inspiring stars. It’ll probably be at least six years — four if they’re lucky — before Republicans are back in the majority in the Senate. So replace the old guys who are dying out with young fresh leaders who are up and coming now so when they do get there they will not need to depend on anyone over age 60 for the majority. It would significantly strengthen the party for the next iteration.

35 years ago today, the doors of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum opened to the public.
At the dedication, President Reagan extended an invitation: “Come and learn from it.”
Since November 4, 1991, millions of visitors have walked through these doors to explore the life, presidency, and legacy of America’s 40th president. We’re proud to celebrate 35 years of sharing that history with you. 🇺🇸

Now here is some good news for the Republicans. Brian Jack is FANTASTIC. He can help fix this!
News: Brian Jack is running for NRCC chair
He just sent a dear colleague
"The 2028 cycle will be very different for us. From the moment we’re sworn in to the 120th Congress, we
will have roughly 16 months before we have a Presidential nominee, at which point the nation will shift
its focus to the race for The White House. As such, we must swiftly act to generate the confidence, trust
and support from the electorate to achieve our goal and Win Back the House."
It was awesome to see part of a NASA Rocket on I95 in St. Augustine!!!! Is this one of yours @brianhughes @NASAAdmin @elonmusk 🥰😍

If the national electorate is just simply d plus 3 (3.1 in this model) as this projection seems to predict, that’s really not good for Democrats at all. Again, we’ll see on everything on Tuesday. I’m not a big fan of predictions and over reading early vote analysis. But energy seems to be with GOP in the final days.
🗳️ Early vote update, 4 days out
Republicans keep chipping away at the raw ballot gap, but the projected electorate ticked toward Democrats in most states.
📊 Nationally
• 40.7M ballots cast in 44 states
• The newest 3.3M ballots broke D+3.5
• Early vote margin: D+10.5, 0.5 pts toward R since yesterday
• 9.3 pts more D than at this point in 2024, down from 9.7
• Projected electorate: D+3.1 across all 50 states and DC, 0.4 pts more Democratic than our turnout model
🔴 Republicans gained on the raw count in 32 of 34 states with new ballots, led by Tennessee, Maine, Kansas and New Hampshire.
🔵 The exceptions: 🎰 Nevada, where the newest ballots broke D+13.9, and 🌉 California, D+29.8.
⚖️ Nevada's projected electorate is now D+0.4, 1.9 pts more Democratic than our turnout model.
📉 In the battlegrounds, the early vote is 9.3 pts more Democratic than at this point in 2024, down from 9.9. The gap narrowed everywhere except Nevada and Arizona.
👥 Who's voting: Hispanic share rose again in Nevada (15.2%) and Arizona (14.5%), though both still trail 2024 by about 1.5 pts. Black share slipped in Georgia and North Carolina but is still 5.3 and 3.5 pts above 2024.
🏛️ House: Projections moved toward Democrats in most of the competitive districts we track, led by NV-02 and a cluster of North Carolina seats. NC-03 now projects to a D+1.6 electorate.

Elections have consequences.
There are a lot of people right now trying to convince you that America isn’t worth preserving. Some want you to believe this country was rotten from the beginning, others want you to believe it is too far gone to save, and some are simply just sitting this one out.
But as my husband often said, “no black pilling!”
Take that to heart. If you sit out an election because you are disappointed with Republicans, you don’t get an empty government for two years. Somebody still wins and then they get to govern and they will use the power you handed them to turn this great country into one that is unrecognizable.
You inherited the freedom to vote. Don’t squander it.

I was telling folks just yesterday how it seems like Republicans have all the momentum in the final days — whether it’s enough to matter remains to be seen. And momentum isn’t so much a quantifiable thing; only thing that matters is who wins and who loses — and a win is a win no matter by how much — but again, Dems feel like they’re losing air out of a balloon, or like they’re a tire going flat quick, at the end of this race. We’ll find out on Tuesday — not long from now — what happens!
Rs definitely winning most campaign news cycles this week, with the Alaska ballot stacking story (NYT->everybody) and Michigan Dem infighting (Stevens's fiance->DFP->everybody.
The emerging Dem position on Alaska is that it's a politically trumped-up prosecution; the hope is that most voters don't trust DOJ under Trump/Blanche, just as Trump's voters didn't trust Fulton County/Jack Smith etc.
On Michigan, the position that it's annoying for them to be dragged back into this (but maybe Abdul should be more contrite). The hope is that this is a frantic hobbyist conversation and not actually moving votes.
More localized, the entire Ohio GOP apparatus is endorsing a Laura Loomer reporter's view of Acton rallying in Toledo: That she looked drunk or addled. That story started on X and hasn't really jumped to MSM. Also, strangely, Rs insisting that Acton had been banning recording at her events before this week (not true).
Does any of this move late deciders? Does it motivate more 2024 voters who don't usual vote in midterms? There's other news, beyond campaign news - and that has not been as good for Rs this week.

I always appreciate the opportunity to share how @NASAKennedy and Florida succeed together! 🇺🇸🚀💪🏻
Florida’s innovation is out of this world. Brian Hughes, Senior Director of Launch Operations, @NASAKennedy, discusses space exploration, avionics and the innovation economy at today's #F3.
"Kennedy's success and Florida's success are inseparable. A strong, statewide network of partners ensures the Space Coast remains the world's premier destination of aerospace investment and the operational center of America's future in space."
