JUST IN: Pete Buttigieg just COOKED a Fox News host on live TV after being confronted over an attack ad supporting Abdul El-Sayed:
BUTTIGIEG: “Abdul rejected that ad. It’s that simple. He didn’t produce it, and when he was asked about the contents of it, he rejected it.”
“And the ads he’s actually producing, from what I can tell as somebody who gets a lot of ads on TV when, even when you’re just trying to watch a football game in Michigan, are about the fact that Mike Rogers voted to cancel the Affordable Care Act.
He’s for Trump policies including the Iran War that we’re all paying 2,000 bucks or more for because of the cost of energy.”
He is so good at this.

I guess when Trump keeps saying on Fox that Europe has given us Greenland & we now own it, the hosts are either too afraid of him to correct it, too stupid that they believe it, or intentionally feeding their audience a steady diet of lies because that’s their business model.
Buttigieg: This isn't happening because of Covid. The gas prices aren't happening because Putin started a war. Gas prices are happening because Donald Trump started a war. Mortgage rates are over 7% because the Trump administration decided to give away $1 trillion in tax breaks to corporations and the wealthiest people in the country, blew up the deficit while doing so.
It's not even that they tried and failed to lower costs. It's that their choices have actively, directly increased costs. And as you can tell from the president's performance today, they don't care.

I said (at length, in a book), Trump's base is full of people who are bored, resentful, angry about the outcome of their own lives. They were happy to punish others for that - until they realized Trump hates *them*, too.
They didn't see it until gas got expensive, but... okay 🤷♂️

BREAKING: BRILLIANT! Abdul El-Sayed DESTROYS the Republican lie that they're "pro-family" by explaining exactly how impossible they've made it for Americans to have kids.
We've been waiting for someone to break it down this well...
"How expensive is having kids? You have five of them. How expensive is it?" El-Sayed asked conservative correspondent Ross Douthat during an interview with 60 Minutes.
"I don't know if my employers are watching this show. It's considerably expensive," said Douthat.
"It's very expensive, right? Does your partner work?" asked El-Sayed.
"She does, yes," said Douthat.
"And so that means that you probably had to pay $2,000 per kid for childcare," said El-Sayed. "Think about the albatross that that sits on our economy. Think about the premium that you have to pay for healthcare for all of your kids."
"And I'm just gonna say, I'm about to walk in to a room full of very young people who are looking at the future and saying, there is no possible way I could possibly have a kid," he continued. "So if the issue in our country is stagnation when it comes to the capacity to have children, the question we really ought to ask ourselves is, how do you make it easier to have kids? So Ross, how do you make it easier to have kids?"
"Maybe we should stop making it so expensive to have kids," suggested El-Sayed. "Which means that if the only argument that we have about America is we can't possibly do anything to make it easier to have kids, we are going to have a race to the bottom."
"And I get it, a lot of people are gonna say, 'well, we're gonna ban abortion and we're gonna tell people it's a good thing to have kids.' Yeah, that doesn't really quite work," he went on. "What tends to happen is we ban abortions, people just get abortions, they're just less safe."
"But the whole— The whole—" began Douthat.
"My point is this. Hear me out. You need to be invested in the means of making it easier to have children," said El-Sayed. "That means you have to address the rising costs of having kids."
While this point should be self-evident, Republicans regularly ignore it and El-Sayed should be commended for laying it out so simply. MAGA hacks like Elon Musk are constantly screeching about declining birth rates, but then they turn around and push for the very same plutocratic policies that make it impossible for Americans to start families.
The truth, of course, is that right-wingers don't actually care about supporting the American nuclear family as an institution. But they know that running on their real policy objectives of shoveling tax cuts to themselves and propping up the military-industrial complex is a sure path to electoral defeat. So they give lip service to caring about families.
"So if your argument is that we can't have childcare, we can't have healthcare, we can't subsidize housing, we can't do these things, do not be surprised when all of a sudden we age past the point at which we are viable," El-Sayed said. "I'm trying to address that problem and I've got my solutions for it."
"The party that wants to tell me that they're pro-natalist, their solution is let's cut taxes for the billionaires and let's go to war as we have no business fighting and somehow if we rub two sticks together, we're gonna get people to wanna have kids," he went on. "It's not serious. So I'm just trying to be serious about what the problem is."
"And I think the problem is we have made it too expensive. And if we cannot make it cheaper, do not be surprised when people don't have kids," he concluded.
Amen!
Please ❤️ and share if you support serious solutions like the ones El-Sayed proposes!

My favorite story in the Bible is where a disabled man asked Jesus to heal him, and Jesus asked to see his insurance card first. But the man was uninsured, so Jesus told him to get fucked and get a job.

You know the people who are obsessed with Israel? His opponents. Haley Stevens just torched her entire political career, she’s done in the Democratic Party for one issue, for Israel. That’s absurd”

BREAKING: Republican Ana Navarro TORCHES Democratic traitor Haley Stevens for endorsing MAGA creep Mike Rogers over Abdul El-Sayed.
There's no coming back from this...
"Look, I know what it's like to break with your party. I did it in 2016 for the first time when I voted for Hillary Clinton instead of voting for Donald Trump. I did it because Donald Trump was out there making fun of disabled people," Navarro said on "The View."
"Donald Trump was out there calling Latinos and immigrants bad hombres and rapists and criminals. Donald Trump was being accused of sexual assault and sexual harassment by multiple, multiple women so I could not bring myself to vote for him. But it was not because I wasn't invited to the party," she said.
"It was not because I felt slighted. It was not because my, you know, frail little ego felt injured because I was not part of the campaign," she continued. "So I just, you know, I've been watching Congresswoman Stevens on TV for like the last 10 days and or two weeks and it's been cringeworthy and painful."
El-Sayed defeated Stevens in the Democratic primary, and she originally agreed to support him, but then last week she began trying to damage his campaign by demanding that he denounce ads that weren't even affiliated with his campaign. She's an Israel First politician and hates that El-Sayed is a fierce critic of the murderous regime in Tel Aviv.
When El-Sayed decided to disinvite her from a public event due to her escalating attacks, it was the last straw for her. She took it personally, endorsed Rogers, and attended a campaign event with him despite previously saying that defeating him was her main priority. In doing so, she revealed that she never really believed in anything. She's an erratic narcissist with more loyalty to a foreign nation than to the people of Michigan.
"She seems to really have been searching for a reason not to support El Sayed," said Navarro. "She wouldn't even pronounce his name in most interviews. But this is, for me, the bottom line..."
"All of this noise, all of this fighting, this is not going to help Michiganders one bit," she continued. "This has nothing to do with the price of gas in Michigan, has nothing to do with the price of groceries in Michigan, the crippling effect that the tariffs against Canada is having."
To El-Sayed's eternal credit, he has remained laser-focused on the policies that matter to Michiganders rather than getting pulled into the muck with Stevens. Every time he's asked about her, he dismisses her as the sore loser she is, and immediately pivots to talking about kitchen table issues.
"So do I understand that this woman is saying that she's there supporting Mike Rogers because in the Democrat side it's anger and lack of kindness?" asked an incredulous Navarro.
"Lady, you're standing next to people who are calling Abdul El-Sayed a jihadist, a terrorist, saying he's going to need a metal detector to go through into the U.S. Senate!" she said. "And, you know, basically saying that all Arabs are worthless and have never won a prize or done anything for civilization. So I don't get the part about — if anger and lack of kindness are my primary motivations — I don't get the part of how you go and stand in a campaign where I have seen nothing but Islamophobia and anger."
"And what I'm going to ask the people of Michigan is to focus on the issues that they care about and tune out the noise," she concluded.
The people of Michigan are going to do EXACTLY that and tomorrow, they'll elect Abdul El-Sayed to the U.S. Senate.
What would you say to Haley Stevens' face if you met her?
Please ❤️ and share if you're rooting for El-Sayed!
