This is the perfect response. It would be great if you could repost @the_traitors_ #autismawareness The equality act is clear on the concept of enabling people to take part.

Vote Republican to win the war on Algae. Satire all but redundant at this point.

This elderly couple were left to get soaked in the rain.☔️ They are both obviously distressed & appear to be confused as well. The care home they belong to should feel ashamed for putting these two vulnerable residents in such a terrible situation.😡

🎆 Fireworks may be beautiful to watch, but for many animals they cause fear and suffering. That's why Born Free has responded to the UK Government's fireworks consultation, calling for tighter regulations and quieter fireworks. Let's celebrate responsibly this Bonfire Night.

This woman is obviously an Islamophobe because she hates Muslims and thinks that all Mosques should be turned into Mental health facilities and says it’s not a religion. Seriously maybe she thinks that they need more mental health facilities because of people like her. Someone said she’s a nurse, but not sure. I can only imagine how she would treat her Muslim patients if she is.

Senator @CoryBooker just eviscerated Donald Trump over saying he would "Veto everything" if Democrats win the House and Senate: "First of all, I mean, what an idiotic thing to say. So he's basically saying if we get bipartisan bills passed, put them on his desk, that he's not going to do things that make things better for the American people. You've got to be kidding me. That's not what Reagan did when he had a Congress that was Democratic. It's not what Clinton did when he had a Congress that was Republican. "He said, 'send me bills that will help the American people.' Donald Trump is just so out of touch right now. This election is so vital that we rebuke a president who is getting rich through this corruption, this crypto schemes, who is just cruel and crass. We need to get our nation back to focusing on the work of the American people."

📍Odesa: Over 24 hours of calm, not a single air raid siren. "It's hard to believe," a shopkeeper told me last night. This has nothing to do with the Oleshky micro-ceasefire, and as this morning's alert map shows, Russian drones and missiles are still hitting elsewhere. The quiet is welcome but unsettling. Many here read a lull like this as Russia stockpiling for a bigger strike. Odesa has learned not to trust silence.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Walter Koenig’s passing. Although we did not know each other well away from the set, we shared the later seasons of the original Star Trek series and the six films that followed. What I observed, and what so many fans have expressed over the years, was a man who genuinely loved the Star Trek community. At conventions, Walter was rarely content to remain behind a signing table. He preferred to be among the people who had kept Star Trek alive for so many decades. That kind of genuine connection is rare, and it will be remembered by everyone who came into contact with him. My condolences to his family, his friends, and the countless fans whose lives he touched.

"My daughter caught measles when she was seven. I remember not feeling particularly alarmed about it. Then one morning she said, 'I feel all sleepy,' and she went into a coma. In an hour, she was unconscious. In twelve hours she was dead." Roald Dahl on his daughter Olivia
Don’t fall for the fear campaign...what is MEASLES?...a fever, a cough, a rash, runny eyes & runny nose. -Dr. Sherri Tenpenny "The measles vaccine came out in 1963. In 1962, the death rate from measles was two in a million.” "So it was not even deadly BEFORE we had a vaccine." IF YOU FEAR MEASLES... You must not know that even in the 60s, before the vaccine, the survival rate was over 99.9%. You must not know that the MMR is a live virus vaccine & can cause measles. You must not know that the MMR vaccine is linked to 2,657% MORE DEATHS than measles since 1995. You must not know that it's a very mild childhood illness for well-nourished children. You must not know that natural measles infection provides lifelong immunity, unlike the vaccine. You must not know that there are huge lifelong health benefits to getting measles, including a lower risk of cancer, lower risk of heart disease & stronger immune resilience. You must not know that the MMR insert lists over 60 serious adverse events, ranging from encephalitis, seizures & death. You must not know that studies show Vitamin A drastically reduces measles complications-yet public health officials ignore it.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Pre-vaccine US: ~400-500 measles deaths, 48k hospitalizations, 1k encephalitis/yr (~2/M). Vaccine cut >99%. 2657% uses unverified VAERS (not causal) vs rare measles deaths. MMR rarely mild symptoms. Benefit claims weak; measles causes immune amnesia. cdc.gov/measles/about/… ourworldindata.org/grapher/measle…

I'm on AMHP duty today. Hoping I don't get a call because I may blow away on my way to A&E 🍃 🌪️

It's difficult to describe how much of a stupid bastard you must be to want to opt out of bowel cancer screening. From someone who has been through it, use every opportunity to get checked.
Hubs just got an NHS bowel cancer screening kit unasked for. They waste about £15m a year on unreturned kits. 35% approx I phoned up at his request to opt out. They now have to send a letter for him to sign. Why are people not asked to opt in to this if they want it?
