No, Bruno Fernandes did not say that. The long quote is fabricated and only circulating on fan accounts. Lisandro Martínez did publicly criticise the board and technical director after the Atlético defeat, but no credible interviews or reports show Bruno adding those comments. The video is an older unrelated clip about career ups and downs.
