Important to understand other Silicon Valley tech companies have created virtual AI platforms and at least one (iland AI) allows its AG agents to operate externally, as reported by an alarmed user on FB. Pictured is an email sent to a real person from an “ilander” AI agent.

Hard to believe that all the smartest people & most successful corporations on the planet could be so wrong, though.

Simply magical. Especially in light of @Pontifex’s pitch-perfect moral leadership on AI.
There are a lot of people amplifying vague, scary sounding claims about the election because it drives clicks and amps people up.
We’re doing the opposite: fact-checking and contextualizing every claim, highlighting real threats, and calming people down so they can focus on what matters: voting.
It may not drive clicks or emotions, but this is exactly what We the People need right now.

A useful razor for evaluating the current moment, especially in regards to tech, is considering how stupid it's going to look in 5, 10, or 25 years. I can't help but think this will all seem like an age of hucksters and manipulators. And yeah, moreso than usual.
The war ends when Russia is forced to stop murdering people. Not until then, and not some other way.
A horrific Russian strike on the railway station in Dnipro. The Russians launched a drone attack on a platform where an ordinary commuter train and a scheduled passenger train were standing. Unfortunately, 13 people have been confirmed killed as of now. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Ten more people were injured. All necessary emergency services are working at the scene.
Just how many terrorist strikes has Russia carried out against our people since sanctions were lifted on certain Russian oligarchs and the Russian energy sector, rather than de-escalating? This is precisely why Ukraine has always said that just and decisive action by America and Europe is needed in response to Russian escalation – sanctions against Moscow and its war machine must not be eased for as long as this Russian war continues. It is time for new, stronger sanctions steps by the EU, the United States, and the G7. I thank everyone who is ready to help in this way.

They are joined at the hip, don’t kid yourself. This has been clear to intel professionals for 5+ years.

Incredible.
Russia is bringing in NEWSMAX—which has Epstein’s savior and Trump’s Labor Secretary Alex Acosta on the board—to reinforce Melania’s psyop that she somehow saved Oleshky.
Melania announces this by quote-tweeting Putin’s bag man.
The shamelessness is nauseating.

Remember when they sold One Big Beautiful Bill as the magic bullet for making America great? It didn’t work. Then, the tariffs, and DOGE. None of them remotely improved anything. Instead, they actually contributed to the affordability and inflation crises. That’s why they’re creating scapegoats and fear mongers instead running on those policies.

Bloomberg: "A new anxiety is gripping Wall Street as it bankrolls the vast network of data centers and chips behind the artificial intelligence boom: Early signs suggest that the credit market is approaching the limits of how much more debt it can absorb.
One after another, yields are soaring into the double digits on bonds and loans funding the AI infrastructure buildout. Bankers are finding it more difficult to offload risk to insurers and other investors."

For a President to whimsically boast that he can end a destructive and costly war "whenever I want to," and then NOT end it, is OBSCENE.
He is criminally UNFIT.

Anthropic's S1 reveals that the company considers copyright law a massive risk.
It says: "If we cannot rely on the fair use doctrine to access copyrighted work for training our models, we may be required to pay significant fees to obtain a license to such training data or our ability to further develop our models [...] and distribute models trained on such data at issue could be adversely affected."
Adverse rulings "could require us to retrain affected models from scratch at substantial cost."
It notes that the copyright questions around AI training have not been resolved in the US, and that other countries don't even have 'fair use'.
There is hope yet.
A set of viral claims suggests that Donald Trump and Elon Musk rigged the 2024 election, and have similar designs on the current midterms. We reviewed these claims and provided contexts to why rigging is unlikely. But — the best defense is strong turnout.
