I find in general most people DO want to stay safe from Covid. It's just nearly impossible for the majority to actually do it. Are people aware that most places, nobody is wearing masks at all? The viral load is just too high to withstand. Do people realize that in most places, the weather and humidity make opening windows completely incompatible? And in most households, family members and kids refuse to be safe at all? You can do everything right, and still share air, bathrooms, a kitchen with people who won't mask, won't test, won't take any precautions. And families with kids still have to be close enough to care for them even when they are sick. There is no isolation or compliance from small kids. In most homes, you can't open a window and the hepa air purifiers are on, but you still get sick bc Covid is a BSL-3 biohazard.

Being unproductive because you're depressed and being depressed because you've been unproductive is a special kind of hell cycle i wish for no person.
