Today, Nivalis Nights is officially out in the world. This game is our baby. We’ve breathed life into it, stayed up through countless late nights, and given it everything we have. Please be kind to it, explore every corner of it, and make it your own. ❤️store.steampowered.com/app/1…

PlayStation is making more money from each of its users than ever before, Sony’s average annual revenue per active PlayStation user went from 23,580 yen in fiscal 2018 to 37,485 yen in fiscal 2025. That’s a 59% increase over that period. The increase is being helped by things like players spending more on games, DLC, microtransactions and buying PlayStation Plus plans. Sony is getting more money from each PlayStation user than it did during the PS4 era, seems that people wasting money in not owning their games

I’ve published five firmware reverse engineering skills under OrbitCurve for Claude Code, Codex, and other compatible agents. They cover firmware extraction, ELF analysis, Ghidra, QEMU emulation, and security reporting. Includes four Ghidra scripts, and more. If you use agents for embedded security research, try them on your targets. GitHub repository github.com/OrbitCurve/firmwa…

Rage Racer’s PS1 decompilation just hit 100%. Every function matches and the PAL executable rebuilds byte for byte. Nearly 30 years later, Namco’s PlayStation racer has been cracked open. #PS1 #RetroGaming generationamiga.com/2026/08/…

After 10 years, No Man’s Sky players have explored less than 1% of its planets. No Man’s Sky contains more than 18 quintillion procedurally generated planets 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 to be exact. It would take 585 billion years to see them all.

I have added ARM support to my binary analysis lib now called "dragon-tales". I have also upgraded from LLVM 18 to LLVM 21 (bad news for @yates82 who will need to check the support for Windows :D)

CHAT CONTROL IS COMING Even though most Members of the European Parliament have voted to REJECT Chat Control, we have not been able to reach the absolute majority that was needed (361 Members). This is a sad day for Europeans.
