How is this scandal not the biggest Irish political news story? At best O'Snodaigh was negligent in his position leading a charity. At worst this is pretty high level criminality.
Closing down the organisation doesn't remove responsibility from a TD.

Been watching Murder in Belfast: Sisters Seeking Justice, about Robert McCartney, who was murdered outside Magennis's Bar in Belfast by IRA members in 2005.
A couple of thoughts.
My wife and I have called into Ronnie Drew's on our annual Christmas day out for the past four years. You've probably all seen the photos.
What I didn't know until watching this was that Ronnie Drew's is the former Magennis's Bar.
I appreciate the pub has changed hands since the murder, and I'm not suggesting the current owners bear any responsibility for what happened.
But knowing its history, and what Robert's family went through trying to get justice, I simply wouldn't feel comfortable drinking there again.
So we won't be going back. We will find somewhere else to have our annual pint on our Christmas day out.

Watched first episode of Murder in Belfast.
Absolutely shocking how after the IRA murder, Sinn Fein & IRA so quickly took control of the area. They cleaned the bar using bleach and created a wall of silence. 70 in the bar & no one saw anything.
This is Sinn Fein who sit in Gov

Sean Brown’s family deserves justice.
So does the family of Robert McCartney, a Catholic murdered in an attack involving IRA members.
@johnfinucane and @columeastwood : will you campaign just as publicly for them? Every family deserves the same commitment.
Don't they ?
Almost 30 years after Sean Brown was brutally murdered, Bridie & her family are still fighting for truth & justice.
Tomorrow, the Brown family will be in the British Supreme Court in London, continuing a fight that no family should ever have been put through.
The treatment of Bridie & her family by the British government has been nothing short of disgraceful.
I’ll be in London to stand alongside them tomorrow & support their ongoing fight for justice.
Bridie & her family have suffered enough. They deserve the full truth about Sean’s murder.

I watched the documentary about the PIRA murder of Robert McCartney in 2005.
His family showed immense bravery in the face of intense Republican aggression.
The programme also exposed the depravity of Provo activists and the lies and cover-up attempts by the Sinn Fein movement.

Murder In Belfast ?
I watched this last night & it left me fookin raging 🤬
Here's my thought ...
The brutal killing of Robert McCarthy by the IRA, and the extensive cover-up that followed involving republicans, Adams and Sinn Féin, once again highlights Sinn Féin’s utter lack of integrity, unsuitability for high office and disregard for the rule of law.
Despite the bar being packed with roughly 70 witnesses, a wall of silence immediately went up. Witness intimidation and the fear of the threat of violence kept many silenced and the deluded institutional loyalty to IRA have robbed the family of Robert and his brave sisters of a justice that is long over-due and those complicit (and there are many) should hang their heads in eternal shame.
How people can still support these thugs and bullies is beyond my comprehension, especially ordinary law-abiding Catholics who continue to vote for them and keep them in power - as they use and abuse the GFA for their own selfish needs and twisted political ideology.
IMHO Sinn Féin are one of the biggest obstacle for a lasting peace and harmony between our two tribes and tarnishes our relationship with our cousins in the South of Ireland.

Replying to @sinnfeinireland @johnfinucane
The brass neck on sinn fein saying this while the Robert McCartney doc is on at the minute.
Do they have no shame?!
Genuinely no idea how their voters can square this in their minds.
