Meanwhile, in Lazarus Chakwera’s Malawi, a US$100,000 bridge collapsed the moment the very first car tried to cross; a perfect snapshot of Chakwera’s incompetence laid bare. 🤣🤣🤣 The Kamilangombe Bridge in Nthalire, Chitipa, gave way on Saturday when a Land Cruiser attempted to cross. That Land Cruiser was the very first vehicle to use the bridge. This is the tragedy of Africa. Surely we cannot blame colonialism for this. It is sheer incompetence coupled with corruption, the same disease we see in Zimbabwe. Bad leadership continues to make Africa a laughing stock! Malawians go to the polls on Saturday to elect a new president. The frontrunners are 85-year-old former president Peter Mutharika and the inept Lazarus Chakwera. Malawi finds itself between a rock and a hard place.

When you give birth to a hula hooping violinist! #ProudMum!
We enjoyed a beautifully crafted Year 2 Thanksgiving Ceremony this morning as these wonderful @bcspreprep children will soon make the move into Prep next year. We even had a hula hooping violinist!

I will go further and say Zimbabwe should have built more Polytechnics & Vocational Colleges instead of the universities that are teaching nothing but loads of theory! I often laugh at journalists who boast about going to university; The best journalists didn’t study journalism!

You’ve spent the last few years calling people snowflakes and ‘woke’. You’ve spent a year relentlessly abusing Meghan Markle. Yet when someone slightly criticises you, you can’t take it and walk off. That’s what you call a snowflake.

I think I may know why white people are so upset about this Dr. Seuss/cancel culture thing. I was reminded of this story today. It goes back to the second-most devastating day of my life: The day I found out the Hardy Boys were white. A thread
