Agent Von Batten, I’m sure this must be the most difficult job you’ve ever had. All your attempts to whitewash Atiku and tarnish the image of President Tinubu keep collapsing like a pack of cards. Consequently, you have resorted to grasping at anything you can find just to prove to your paymaster that you are working. This latest attempt to twist the statement of the Minister of Aviation, Festus Keyamo, and allege interference by President Tinubu and the APC in the judgment that nullified Atiku’s candidacy is both ludicrous and laughable. For the avoidance of doubt, the President and the ruling party had no hand in Atiku’s political and judicial ordeal. Atiku remains the architect of his own misfortune. In fact, many supporters are disappointed by the nullification of his candidacy, as an electoral defeat would have been preferred over a judicial disqualification. You can twist the facts or level any accusations you want, but the reality is that no one, either in Nigeria or in the United States, where you are contracted to work, takes your claims seriously. My candid advice is to ensure you collect your full balance from Atiku before the January election, because he will have little reason to pay after a resounding defeat.
Nigerian President Bola Tinubu's (@officialABAT) agents and officials are truly the gift that keeps on giving. The Nigerian Presidency is openly celebrating a court ruling that reportedly indicates they arranged to eliminate current Nigerian President Tinubu's main rival in the upcoming Nigerian presidential election. We are going to be presenting the @X post of @fkeyamo, President Tinubu's Minister of Aviation, whose government portfolio has nothing to do with elections or electoral integrity, openly celebrating what a senior congressional staffer described as an "open display of election interference by the Nigerian government," to members of the @realDonaldTrump administration and Congress. We have a prediction for current Nigerian President Tinubu: In a few months, you are going to look at this court ruling and @fkeyamo's post as the defining moment when the rope the United States has been giving you to figuratively hang yourself finally became the instrument of your own political downfall @JDVance @SusieWiles47 @WhiteHouse @SecRubio @HouseForeignGOP @HouseForeign @SenateForeign @SFRCdems @SenTedCruz @RepBrianMast @HouseGOP @SenateGOP @HouseDemocrats @SenateDems @StateDept @DeputySecState @AsstSecStateAF

Thank you, your Excellency @atiku, for not disobeying the court order disqualifying you as Presidential Candidate of the ADC. You signed off this statement very well, simply as former Vice-President (and not Candidate of ADC). That is how a Statesman should behave and respect the Rule of Law. Be properly guided
BOLA CANNOT USE THE COURTS TO ESCAPE THE PEOPLE’S VERDICT; WE ARE ON THE BALLOT — ATIKU Fellow Nigerians, Let no one mistake the latest court ruling for the will of the Nigerian people. No manipulation, conjecture or concoction can erase our place in this contest, silence our campaign or deny Nigerians the right to choose their future. We are on the ballot, and the people must be allowed to decide. Those who boast of having thirty-two governors and claim to have bought, pressured or coerced leaders from other parties into their fold should have no reason to fear a free and fair contest. Yet, instead of presenting their record to Nigerians, they continue to deploy every tactic available to weaken the opposition: political pressure, manufactured narratives, courtroom manoeuvres and attempts to compromise the voters’ register with AI-generated photographs, false names and fictitious identities. These are not the actions of people confident in their record. They are calculated attempts to make genuine competition impossible and push Nigeria towards a one-party state. And what record do they have to defend? This government removed the fuel subsidy overnight without a plan to protect Nigerians. It presided over the steep decline of the naira and allowed food prices to rise beyond the reach of ordinary families. Factories and small businesses have shut their doors. Our young people are leaving in search of hope, while bandits and kidnappers continue to hold communities hostage. Look around you. Market stalls stand empty. Feeding your family has become a daily struggle. Fuel prices keep rising, and silent pain fills homes across the country. Those in power may want you to believe that your suffering does not matter. They may want you to surrender your future before you even reach the ballot box. Do not lose heart. Do not retreat. Your vote is your power, and together, we will take our country back. Let me be clear to every Nigerian who has stood with us: I am in this race. I am not going anywhere. We will be on the ballot. No threat, blackmail or court manoeuvre will make me abandon you or the cause we share. We will resist with all our strength every attempt to turn Nigeria into a one-party state. Nigeria belongs to all its people. Our democracy must remain open to more than one party and more than one voice. If those in power believe in their numbers and their record, let us meet at the polls in a free, fair and credible contest. Our campaign will continue. Our message on the cost of living will not be silenced or derailed. Stay calm, united and resolute. Together, we will fight for a Nigeria where life is affordable and every citizen’s vote counts. Let me say this plainly: Bola cannot use the courts to escape the judgment of Nigerians at the ballot box. Atiku Abubakar Vice President of Nigeria, 1999–2007 Sokoto, Nigeria 6 November 2026

FAKE POSTER ON ADC LEADERSHIP The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) wishes to alert the public that a poster and accompanying text circulating on social media, claiming that the Commission has "reaffirmed" a Senator David Mark-led leadership of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), are fake. The said poster did not originate from the Commission. The use of INEC's logo and the image of the National Commissioner, Mohammed Haruna, in the said publication is unauthorized. For the avoidance of doubt, INEC has issued no such reaffirmation. Members of the public are therefore advised to disregard the publication in its entirety and to rely only on information from INEC's official and verified channels.

The ADC should get ready to appeal their case instead of threatening the country with Brimstones and fire. This is the price they have to pay for taking over a troubled party instead of registering a new one.

On February 13, 2020, when the Supreme Court nullified the victory of the APC Governorship candidate in Bayelsa State, David Lyon, a day to his swearing in (when he was in fact inspecting the stadium to be used), the APC took it with equanimity on the chin. When the Supreme Court in 2019 stripped all the APC victorious candidates from top to bottom (Governor to House of Assembly) of their victories at the polls in Zamfara State and replaced them with the PDP candidates that all lost at the polls, this is what Atiku Abubakar said at the time.👇👇That judgment was against the ruling party. We took it on our chins. You cannot abuse judges and blackmail the judiciary when it doesn’t go your way. Heavens WILL NOT FALL IF A CERTAIN ATIKU ABUBAKAR IS NOT ON THE BALLOT IN 2027.

If you want to criticize judgement of the court, do so from the place of knowledge, facts and evidence not sentiments or bias or because you don’t like a judge or lawyer who did the case or the party who is favoured by the judgement or a legal opinion. Lawyers and judges do not do their jobs to please your emotions and bias. They trained in the arts of law, facts and evidence in arriving at any conclusion or taking any position on a law related matter. If a judgement does bot meet your expectation, appeal it. That’s why we have appellate courts. Even on appeals, it’s a matter of law, facts and evidence. Not your emotions or political bias. Don’t come on social media and be speaking recklessly. Social media has made many of you exhibit lack of decorum and critical thinking because you have cheap data and phones to type anyhow from the comfort of your homes. It’s so shameful seeing educated people and supposed social media intellectuals attack judges and lawyers recklessly simply because they do not agree with a decision or opinion reached. Nonsense.

ABUJA, FCT NOVEMBER 6, 2026 PRESS STATEMENT APC TO ADC - GO SORT OUT YOUR INTERNAL MESS, QUIT YOUR SENSELESS RANTS Every time a court decides against the Senator David Mark-led factional African Democratic Congress (ADC), they accuse the All Progressives Congress (APC) of collusion and deprecate the judiciary. Every time a court decides in their favour, they hail the rule of law and extol the judiciary. That is the habitual folly of a vessel of a party scuttled by its own pirate leaders. The ADC touts its desire to win power and govern democratic Nigeria without any iota of regard for the authority and independence of the judiciary, an indispensable pillar of any democracy. In their warped reckoning, only courts and judges that side with them are worthy while those that rule differently are a menace to society. That is senselessness in the extreme. The court judgment that has sent the ADC in a tailspin had to do with a notorious case initiated by leaders of ADC against pirate leaders of ADC. To be clear, APC is neither a party nor an interlocutor in the matter. Nothing about the case has anything to do with the APC. And the APC has absolutely no role in the party’s judicial quagmire. The case resulted from a legal challenge brought by ADC national officers victimized by the bare-faced heist of the party’s leadership by David Mark and his co-pirates to satisfy Atiku Abubakar’s quixotic presidential ambition. It didn’t matter to them that their hostile takeover of that party was in flagrant violation of the rule of law and ADC’s internal democracy, as a court of competent jurisdiction has now declared. Now they lash out in a fit of rage at the court and innocent spectators for the judicial outcome that was the inevitable consequence of their reckless political misadventure. They rave and rant senselessly, peddle conspiracy theories, but take no responsibility or accountability for the self-inflicted injury that the court only judicially certified. Yesterday’s judgment by Justice Peter Lifu of the Federal High Court, Abuja, sacking the David Mark-led leadership of ADC and consequentially nullifying all official acts of the illegitimate party leadership, including its primary election processes and outcomes was procured by their own lawlessness and demonstrates the vibrancy of the rule of law and independence of the judiciary in Nigeria. If ADC is dissatisfied with that decision, it should exercise its constitutional right of appeal rather than engage in partisan mudslinging against our great Party and issuing threats to incite anarchy against the same Nigerians they claim they desire to govern. The ADC is a decrepit party, and continues to prove itself as grossly unfit to be taken seriously by Nigerians, and Nigerians are unperturbed by their irresponsible and dangerous rhetoric. A party that cannot fix itself cannot possibly fix Africa’s most important country. Our great Party and the President Tinubu administration remain committed to preserving Nigeria’s democracy, upholding the rule of law, and delivering good governance to all Nigerians, and unfazed by the wolf cries of a drowning opposition. Signed: Felix Morka, CON National Publicity Secretary All Progressives Congress (APC)

The biggest problem with some Northern politicians is that President Tinubu is not backing down. They are finding it hard to understand his boldness. They expected a Southern president to come begging them for support and re-election, but Tinubu has refused to do that. He has refused to bow to the Northern cabals, and they are not happy about it. #ArewaForAsiwaju

They failed to take your advice.
ADC faction has fixed April 3 to 5 for election of new members of the National Working Committee (NWC). 2: This case will reach Supreme Court. 3: Don’t contest under ADC. Very risky oooo
23
We told them Atiku will not be on the ballot. They called us names. The two cases they have will throw them out of the contest. Now the chickens have come home to roost.
23
I told them Atiku will not be on the ballot, but they think it’s a lie. We advise that if you want to participate in this election, leave ADC now. They are now blaming the APC their failure.
