If “Freddie” Flintoff doesn’t get a BAFTA for this series there’s no justice. What he’s done for these young men is immeasurable. What he’s delivered for the viewers is absolute joy. #freddieflintoffsfieldofdreams #FieldOfDreams #freddieflintoff #andrewflintoff #flintoff

May not go down well this, but the likes of Staveley and Mehrdad are far too involved in the day to day running of #NUFC. They are investors, but they have zero experience in running a football club and are in way over their heads. I appreciate what they have done up to this point, but PIF need to start being ruthless and employing top quality, experienced people at every level of the club. This PSR disaster should see their positions come under serious scrutiny.

Klopp says he’s running out of Energy. Well try fucking sitting down and not running around chasing the officials for 90 minutes. That should conserve energy a bit.

That was coming all day long. We CANNOT sit back and invite shots for 60+ minutes of a match. A pathetic and frankly stupid way to approach a game

✍️ Hoping to return to winning ways after losing to @BVB four days ago in the @ChampionsLeague, Newcastle head to Eddie Howe’s former side Bournemouth for round 12 of this years @premierleague competition. 🍒 The Cherries were demolished 6-1 at the hands of Man City in their latest outing at the home of the reigning champions, whilst #NUFC fell short at the Signal Iduna Park. Pep’s side raced to a 3-0 lead at half time thanks to goals from Doku, Akanji & Silva before netting a further three times in the second half to romp to victory! Sinisterra provided a mere consolation goal which gave the visiting fans something to cheer about I suppose. Bournemouth currently find themselves down in 18th in this seasons table & their four goals scored at home so far this term is the joint worst in the division. Should both Burnley & Sheffield Utd emerge victorious over Arsenal and Brighton, Luis Sinisterra’s men could be rooted to the bottom of the table as we head into yet another international break 😴 If that does happen, the Cherries could indeed enter the next stage of this year’s competition managerless as rumours of a possible sacking gather momentum. Mikel Arteta flooded the away dressing room at St James’ Park with tears last weekend as his side fell to a 1-0 defeat to the Magpies & in the process relinquished their unbeaten run in the league. Anthony Gordon slotted home the only goal of the game in the 64th minute & despite VAR trying their very best to overrule the decision on THREE separate counts, they didn’t have enough evidence to do so which meant they had no choice but to allow the goal, which as you can imagine, sent the Geordie faithful wild! Both sides could have ended the game with ten men as Kai Havertz should have been shown a red card for the visitors with a brutal high tackle on Sean Longstaff which luckily didn’t cause any damage, Bruno Guimarães also got away with one with a forearm to Jorginho’s head. Three days later, it wasn’t to be for Eddie Howe’s side as they succumbed to their second successive Champions League defeat at the hands of Dortmund. Strikes from Niclas Fullkrug & Julian Brandt either side of the interval made sure that Edin Terzic’s side completed the double over the Magpies, as we now face a tough task to make it out of the group stages. Eddie Howe’s men extended their unbeaten streak to seven top-flight matches (5 victories and 2 draws) with their victory over Arsenal last weekend & they now sit in sixth. The one thing that Eddie Howe will be wanting to improve is their away record as their two draws in that sequence have came on the road at West Ham & Wolves. In this encounter last year, the spoils were shared in a 1-1 draw & United’s last loss against the Cherries was back in November 2017 when Steve Cooks 90th minute goal sealed the victory at the Vitality…who was the man in charge for Bournemouth that day? Eddie Howe. Bournemouth Team News: Alex Scott could face a lengthy spell on the sidelines after being withdrawn from the game during the first half against Man City. Lewis Cook returns from suspension & will be available for selection. Tyler Adams, Ryan Fredericks, Emiliano Marcondes & Neto are all unavailable with their respective injuries. Newcastle United Team News: Bruno serves his one match suspension for picking up his fifth yellow card of the season against Arsenal. Callum Wilson is a major doubt after only lasting the opening 45mins against Dortmund during the week. Joelinton or Antony Gordon could be named up top if Wilson isn’t fit, if that’s the case then Miggy will likely return to the starting eleven. Sutton’s Match Prediction: Both sides are short on numbers thanks to lengthy injury lists but that doesn’t mean that it won’t be a hard fought encounter. If Eddie Howe’s men can break down Bournemouth’s defence & get on the scoresheet first, they will fancy themselves to hang on for the victory & with no disrespect to Cherries fans, I can’t see them putting up too much of a fight after being hit for six last weekend. My score prediction being Bournemouth 0 – Newcastle United 2. #NUFC #NUFCFans #Newcastle #Bournemouth
