most people in crypto have never touched fixed income but it's the biggest market in traditional finance, around $160T fixed income is simple. you lend money to a government or a company, and they pay you back with interest on a schedule. bonds and treasury bills both work this way the catch has always been access. you usually need a broker, a bank, and high minimums, and your money sits locked up while it earns tokenizing it means those same kinds of assets get represented onchain. you can hold them, move them, and use them like any other token @grvt_io is bringing this into grvt earn. eligible assets can go into tokenized fixed-income strategies targeting up to 11% apy, while that capital can still be used for trading on grvt rates can change, and "up to" means up to. but the idea is old finance yield without the old finance paperwork
mastered the act of keeping receipt in my wallet, and i have never once used one of them they just sit there and make me feel organized crypto has the opposite problem. projects love to announce things, but the receipts are hard to find @grvt_io did its first buyback in a way you can actually check. 1.1M $GRVT was bought on the open market and burned, so the tokens are gone and anyone can look it up that's one event though. one buyback doesn't tell you much more buybacks are intended monthly, at the issuer's discretion. so the honest way to judge this is to watch whether the next one shows up, and then the one after that if three land in a row, that starts to look like a habit and not a headline i'll be checking. unlike my wallet receipts, these ones are actually worth reading

my phone charger only works if i hold the cable at one exact angle so i can either charge it or use it. never both that's how most trading money feels too. if it's sitting in a position, it isn't earning anything. if it's earning somewhere, i can't trade with it @grvt_io is trying to stop making me pick through grvt earn, eligible assets can go into tokenized fixed-income opportunities targeting up to 11% apy. that capital can keep earning while you actively trade on grvt these are the same kind of fixed-income strategies banks and institutions have used for years. grvt wants to bring a share of that $160T market onchain and the assets stay under your control, so there's no handing your money to someone and hoping it comes back yields can change, and "up to" really does mean up to still beats holding a cable at 37 degrees

Everyone on CT is panicking over the late October chop while $BTC tests the $80K / $82K support zone. Here is what is actually driving the pullback under the hood: 1. Pre Midterm Institutional Pause → Big capital always de risks right before U.S. Midterm Elections until legislative uncertainty clears. 2. Tech & AI Leverage Flush → Nasdaq/AI equity deleveraging is temporarily spilling into crypto. 3. Oil Liquidity Drain: Rising oil prices are tightening short-term risk liquidity. 4. Post 50% Rally Reset → BTC was already up 50% off its local low a leverage wipeout was overdue. Key levels on deck right now: • $BTC → Holding $80K / $82K support a daily close below $80K opens the $75K / $76K liquidity pocket (BTC.D testing 60.5% / 61%). • $ETH → Testing $2,300 / $2,400 support ($2,000 downside magnet if lost). • $SOL → Rejected at $107 / $110, testing $96–$99 support ($82–$83 below). Historically midterm election years chop before the vote and rally immediately after once congressional gridlock locks in. Don't get shaken out by boredom before November

In today’s world, no one has time to wait around. Time is literally money and staying ahead of security threats is essential if you want to survive and build something that lasts long term. That is why the conversation around @Starknet exploring an independent L1 path caught my attention. Right now, as an L2, Starknet’s long term cryptographic migration timeline is naturally connected to Ethereum’s L1 roadmap. But as Ai assisted math tools advance and quantum computing threats get closer every year, waiting on external upgrade schedules can slow down proactive defense. By exploring a dedicated L1 path, Starknet gets full autonomy over its security timeline. Instead of waiting years for consensus upgrades across external layers, it can research, test and deploy critical cryptographic upgrades on its own terms. Having that direct control over core security means faster adaptation, less friction and saving precious time when future proofing decentralized networks. imagine asking an ai to find you a quiet café to work from it picked one with "great wifi and calm vibes." getting there and it's a construction site now the ai wasn't dumb it was reading reviews from two years ago that's the thing about ai it can read the whole internet, but it can't look out the window @vangrid_io is building the window regular people send in what they see on the ground, it gets verified, and agents get data from today instead of 2024 smarter models won't fix stale facts fresh eyes will

right now i have four apps for four different markets one for crypto, one for stocks, one for fx, and one i forgot the password to sometime last year. switching between them feels like carrying four wallets in one pocket @grvt_io 2.0 wants to put all of that in one app stable funding perps arrive in november and cover stocks, fx, commodities and indices, with zero trading fees and funding settled once a day instead of constantly changing on you grvt is targeting more than 1,000 markets by december 2026, a big jump from crypto-only trading then in late november, the grvt 2.0 app brings it all together with one self-custodial balance, refreshed branding and the 2027 roadmap so you trade, earn and move your money from one place instead of four i'm still keeping the forgotten-password app, purely for nostalgia

gZeru Looking at the $KIMCHI launch highlighted by @zerufinance one thing stands out to me: ticker confusion can become a market risk of its own. When a new token launches with the same ticker as an existing one, speed and wallet coordination can shape the outcome before most traders understand what’s happening. The deeper issue isn’t just who buys first. It’s whether traders can reliably distinguish what they’re buying In meme markets, verification may matter just as much as timing That’s a problem worth paying attention to

you've heard of starknet but still don't understand what it is. read for more context 👇🏽
Starknet’s Quantum Advantage: Two Layers of Protection Very few networks qualify as quantum-safe because two separate layers need to hold up: the cryptography that verifies the network and the cryptography that secures users’ accounts. A chain that protects one layer while ignoring the other remains exposed. Fortunately, people searching for a quantum-resistant cryptocurrency may find @Starknet appealing because it is already ahead, starting from a post-quantum-compatible position. On Starknet, both STARK proofs and account abstraction contribute to its post-quantum foundations. 1. STARKs (Scalable Transparent Arguments of Knowledge) :Unlike most chains, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, which use elliptic-curve cryptography in important parts of their security systems, Starknet relies on hash functions for its cryptographic commitments. These are considered post-quantum secure. There is no known quantum attack that breaks hash functions outright. Even Grover’s algorithm, the best-known quantum approach to speeding up brute-force searches, offers a more limited advantage that can be mitigated by using larger hash parameters. Account Abstraction: ECDSA is widely used to authorize transactions, and on many chains, the signature mechanism is closely tied to the protocol. Supporting new post-quantum signature methods can therefore require significant protocol changes and wallet migration. Starknet takes a different approach. Every Starknet account is natively a smart contract, meaning it has its own programmable logic. This allows developers to introduce new ways to secure accounts without requiring a network-wide upgrade. Although Starknet has these advantages, it is still an L2 that depends on Ethereum for important parts of its security. Ethereum has its own post-quantum transition ahead, and no L2 can claim complete, full-stack quantum safety while its underlying dependencies remain exposed. Ethereum’s long-term roadmap also calls for hash-based, STARK-friendly cryptography, which aligns with Starknet’s post-quantum foundations. For users and institutions, moving to a quantum-resistant wallet can be an individual deployment choice rather than something that depends entirely on a network-wide fork or governance vote. Starknet offers a path that gives users and developers more control over how they upgrade their account security. Think of a blockchain as a city and each account as a house. If the lock on one house becomes vulnerable, Starknet’s programmable accounts can allow that lock to be upgraded without rebuilding the entire city. That flexibility is what makes account abstraction important in the move toward quantum resistance.
