We’ve been prototyping with a new way to accelerate recovery for our athletes: Cryo Gloves ❄️🧤
The palms are packed with AVAs (arteriovenous anastomoses), specialized zones that let your body exchange heat quickly.
Cooling them helps:
→ Reduce cardiovascular strain
→ Speed parasympathetic rebound
→ Boost blood flow
@Charles_Leclerc has been using our Cryo Gloves for pre-cooling before races. This pre-cooling can lower his thermal sensation and rating of perceived exertion (RPE), making him feel less strained and enable him to push harder for longer while driving.
Physiology applied at F1 speed 🏎️

Really awesome All-Hands @eightsleep this morning reviewing the Operational Excellence flywheel behind our Correction of Error process. It's key to our culture and values. We promise that Eight Sleep a year from now will be meaningfully better than the one you see now.

I wonder if this was Spotify's plan all along: grow market share using real musicians, then switch to fake ones. If so it's a uniquely sinister version of the strategy of focusing on growth first, then margins.
