You guys are burning down the country and running a full smear campaign on South Africa all because the government won’t treat you like the special kids and you aren’t.
South Africa is out of AGOA. All they had to do to prevent this was to scrap the "nil compensation" expropriation act, condemn "Kill the Boer", prioritise rural safety & scrap BEE. But the resentment for farmers and whites runs so deep that the ANC would rather cut off the nose to spite the face.

Fikile Mbalula (ANC SG) - 25 June 2026: The illegal immigrants issue is real 1. JHB buildings are occupied by undocumented foreigners, they can be hired guns, it’s about the security and sovereignty. 2. Somalis iIn Gqeberha chased us with weapons of war, police said we can’t enter there. 3. Building owners are not South Africans & undocumented 4. In Kagiso we demolished cartels, they transported drugs in townships 5. Cops took me to court because they were said to be in cahoots with cartels 6. Pakistanis enter illegally at OR Tambo Airport 7. 13000 illegal immigrants have been shipped out of SA 8. KuGompo I closed brothels, one of them was owned by a retired police inspector working with illegal immigrants. 9. This immigration issue is serious. 10. Who employs illegal immigrants? Employers say SAns work throughout the week but they don’t come back on Saturday morning when Bafana Bafana won. Those jobs must be for locals. 11. The Spaza shops competition is about wholesale. 12. March and March met with the government.

Trade between SA and China is one sided. China is doing to us what the west was doing, making us a supplier of agricultural and mining products. We control 80% of world chrome deposit but who is dominant producer of stainless steel? U guessed it: China! Who killed SA raw steel industry? China!!

You ask "Since when did Biko write the Constitution?" He didn't write it. He died for it. 12 September 1977, beaten to death in detention because he demanded what became Section 1 of that Constitution: South Africa belongs to all who live in it, non-racial, non-sexist. You are reading the Constitution backwards. It does NOT protect "White rights" or "boer rights" as a racial minority with a veto. Section 9 protects _persons_ from unfair discrimination. Section 30 and 31 protect cultural life - for AfriKans, Zulu, Venda, boers, anyone - but as _individuals_ choosing culture, not as a racial group with special political status. Biko warned us about exactly your argument in that video: "guaranteeing minority rights implies recognition of portions of the community on a race basis." Apartheid WAS a system of minority rights. It guaranteed 10% of people 100% of power to protect their "fair treatment." What you call "not treated fairly" is simply no longer having that guarantee. The freedom activists didn't fight so we could have a country of minorities in laagers demanding protection from each other. They fought so there would be no minority, no majority, just people with equal status before the law. That is the product that is South Africa today. If you still want a laager, you are not defending the Constitution - you are mourning the one before 1994.

A 6-year-old girl was grabbed off her bicycle by a stranger and forced into a car in broad daylight. But a neighbour witnessed the kidnapping and immediately jumped into his own vehicle to chase after them. He desperately tried to keep up, but suddenly lost sight of the car, with the little girl still trapped inside. It happened in Louisville, Kentucky. Prentiss Weatherford was outside his home when he saw the man grab the little girl and speed away. Refusing to let her disappear, he jumped into his car and took off after the suspect. As he followed the vehicle through the streets, Prentiss managed to identify it as a red Dodge Challenger and memorize the last three digits of its license plate. But when the car disappeared from sight, he spotted a police officer and quickly passed along everything he knew. Police immediately began searching the surrounding neighbourhood, using the information Prentiss had given them. About 30 minutes after the kidnapping, officers spotted a vehicle matching his description. When an officer opened the passenger door, he found the terrified little girl crying for her daddy. He immediately lifted her into his arms and carried her to safety. The suspect was arrested, and the little girl was reunited with her family, unharmed. Sometimes, saving a life starts with simply refusing to look the other way. Thank God Prentiss was there when this little girl needed him most.

South Africa Is Not a Country of Minorities - A Response to Ernst Roets Ernst Roets of Lex Libertas says South Africa has an "AGOA crisis" because government failed to protect "minority rights." He is wrong about AGOA. He is more wrong about South Africa. On 2 November, USTR Jamieson Greer announced South Africa and Rwanda will be removed from AGOA from 1 January 2027. The official reason: "barriers that undermine American trade and investment and practices that pose a threat to U.S. national security and foreign policy interests." No mention of expropriation, no mention of BEE, no mention of "Kill the Boer". Rwanda is out on the same day. Rwanda has no Expropriation Act. Rwanda has no BEE. So how can this be about "minority rights"? Roets is adding words that Washington never wrote to sell his own project: decentralization and self-governance for whites. AGOA is also not a death sentence. Minister Parks Tau confirmed 89% of our exports to the US go under normal WTO terms. The hit is real - citrus in Citrusdal, cars in Atlantis - but it is a 3-15% tariff, not a ban. Rwanda was partially removed in 2018 and survived by diversifying. That's the lesson, not panic. Steve Biko matters,...he said it clearly: "We see a completely non-racial society. We don't believe, for instance, in the so-called guarantees for minority rights, because guaranteeing minority rights implies the recognition of portions of the community on a race basis. We believe that in our country there shall be no minority, there shall be no majority, there shall just be people." Our Constitution took that vision. Section 1,...South Africa is non-racial, non-sexist. Section 9,.... Equality before the law. We do not have boer rights, Zulu rights, or white minority rights, AfriKan rights. We have human rights. For people. Apartheid was a system of minority rights. It gave 10% of the population special guarantees to rule over the rest. Roets' call for "decentralisation and self-governance" is the same idea repackaged as federalism. Lex Libertas wants to turn South Africa from a country of equal citizens into a country of protected racial enclaves with veto power. That is not South Africa. That is not what people died for. This is why Johan van Zyl's post about "white citizens being punished" fails. Every time there is a trade dispute, they shout "minority persecution." When the real facts come out - that Rwanda is also out - people stop listening. If Roets cared about workers who will lose AGOA jobs, he would be talking about trade negotiations in the next 60 days. Instead he is using their pain to lobby for constitutional reform. South Africa does not need to be taught about minorities. It needs to be reminded that it was built to be beyond that. There is no minority. There is no majority. There shall just be people.

Dr Roets, you talk about "minority rights" - Steve Bantu Biko already answered you before you were born,....he said: "Guaranteeing minority rights implies recognition of portions of the community on a race basis. There shall be no minority, there shall be no majority, there shall just be people." South Africa is not a federation of racial minorities needing self-governance. It is a non-racial society with equal rights for people, not groups. AGOA proves it - Rwanda and SA were removed together for trade/foreign policy reasons, not for your ideological wishlist of property and "minority protection". Stop using job losses in Atlantis and Citrusdal to push Lex Libertas' separatist project. The crisis needs trade negotiation, not constitutional balkanization. That's the lesson Rwanda taught us - when they were kicked out in 2018, they didn't invent new minority rights, they found new markets. That's what SA should do.

Ooee no no not so fast, boet. You and Kallie started this campaign in 2018, meeting with John Bolton's team and Ted Cruz's staff. You had an interview with Tucker Carlson which had huge reach, as well as the 2020 'The World Must Know' campaign. You started this kak ages ago
MEDIA STATEMENT | South African government responsible for AGOA crisis – Lex Libertas Lex Libertas holds the South African government responsible for the reported decision by the United States to exclude South Africa from the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA). The South African government knew that this was a possibility. President Cyril Ramaphosa even warned that the country should prepare for the consequences. Yet the government failed to take reasonable steps to prevent this outcome. These steps included addressing American concerns about incitement to violence against minorities, protecting property rights and promoting free-market policies. Instead, the government continued to prioritise its political ideology over the economic interests of the citizens of South Africa. 'This is shameful. The government anticipated the consequences of its decisions but chose not to address their causes,' said Dr Ernst Roets, Executive Director of Lex Libertas. According to Lex Libertas, the AGOA crisis illustrates a deeper structural problem: South Africa’s highly centralised political system has become detached from realities at community level and shields those in power from the consequences of their decisions. 'A political system in which ideological commitments consistently outweigh the interests of the people it governs, and in which political leaders are not held accountable for the consequences, is not sustainable. South Africa needs fundamental constitutional reform based on decentralisation and self-governance,' Roets concluded.
