Stacey Abrams breaks down Donald Trump’s calculated march toward authoritarian rule. She connects the dots with surgical precision: discredit the media, undermine the courts, politicize law enforcement, and attack elections. It’s a playbook. #America250Year #AmericaNow #America

Two years ago, I was in Renk and was amazed by large plantations, could take hours of drive to transverse. We have food but we have no safety. Our obstacle to eradicate hunger, which our people never had thou, is insecurity and poor infrastructure.

As many NGOs keep offering aid year in year out, one organization is doing things differently in South Sudan. Inkomoko South Sudan (@InkomokoSSD) is touching lives across the country through empowering entrepreneurs granting loans instead of aid. Led by a Rwandan national Mr. William Ngabonziza (@ngabowilly) as a Country Director, Inkomoko is teaching citizens to catch fish instead of giving them fish everyday. South Sudan reminds one of the East African countries with exceptional amount of fish from the Nile, Sudd wetlands and the biggest exporter of fish to DRC, Chad, CAR, Kenya and Uganda.

All the Africans that are currently supporting Israel have no idea that if they were in Israel right now they wouldn’t be allowed into the bomb shelters. But don’t mind me.

The African Union picking a side on this issue not only puts a target on many African people's backs but once again confirms how compromised that institution is and why it needs to be torn down and rebuilt with actual Africans as priority.

WHY is Israel allowed nuclear weapons and refuse for them to be inspected? WHY is Israel allowed to illegally occupy, impose apartheid, ethnically cleanse & carry out GENOCIDE? WHY is Israel allowed to attack its neighbours? WHY are we told Israel is morally superior to Iran?

Almost no African country has the capacity to stand up to a Western attack. Yet we act like this is normal. Why are we okay with our own vulnerability? When will we take our security and sovereignty seriously? The best our leaders do is loot resources instead of empowering our militaries, strengthening our borders, or investing in technologies that could make us truly independent.

It doesn’t matter whether Khamenei is dead or not. What matters is how insane it is to live in an era where one country can assassinate the heads of other states with total international impunity. The fact that this precedent is now fully normalized is fucking nuts.
