Respected Shri @AmitShah ji The ₹500 crore matter in Maharashtra must have surely reached you by now. Until now, the BJP has been buying MPs, MLAs, political parties and elections. Now it has begun buying agitations as well. The BJP handed over money to Shrikant Shinde so that ₹500 crore could be given to Manoj Jarange Patil. Where did this money come from? And did it actually reach Jarange or not? This is a matter under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Kindly entrust the investigation to the Enforcement Directorate (ED). @Dev_Fadnavis @PMOIndia @BJP4India @RSSorg

FT’s report on Lula’s comeback says Flávio Bolsonaro’s “nine fingers” jab in the final debate, mocking the finger Lula lost in a factory accident at 17 while working nights, became a turning point. The attack let Lula draw a sharp contrast between his own working-class history and Bolsonaro’s background, helping shift momentum in the runoff.

The state of Punjab has given so much to Indian Hockey. I’m so glad to see Jalandhar and Mohali hosting an international hockey tournament in front of their hockey crazy fans. I always loved playing in Punjab. Hope we see a full house 🙏🏽🏑🇮🇳@Nitinsharma631 @IExpressSports

BJP is protesting nationwide against Kharge today. How is the Permission granted? Will they be asked to sign Peace Bonds? Will there be Lathi charge? Will there be Preventive arrests? Will BJP face the same treatment as Opposition protesters? or is the law only for those who challenge the ruling party? Police, prove your neutrality. Or admit that the law has a ruling-party exemption.

The purpose of my documentary is not merely to expose corruption at the highest levels of government. It is to expose a fundamentally broken system-one without effective checks and balances, where power is concentrated at the very top, preventing the equitable distribution of wealth, resources and opportunity. The problem isn’t just corrupt individuals. It’s a system that enables corruption.

A year ago, #SulemanPathan was lynched by a mob that included his closest Hindu friends in Maharashtra’s Jamner. The Supreme Court had recommended speedy six-month trials in such cases. A year later, most of the accused are out on bail and the trial is yet to begin. The family faces threats and setbacks. Its hopes for justice are dissipating. The symbolism of a police state that won’t let a Dalit child be mourned at Chaityabhoomi will not be lost on anyone. Detaining group after group of young people who came to light a candle to demand justice. A shame and disgrace.

One of the most heartening things about the Go Gyanu protests in Delhi. Its impact will be far-reaching, for it challenges the patriarchal construct in which conservative politics wants India to be trapped.

Please join in condemning @MumbaiPolice for this gross abuse of power in putting @deepali_writes under house arrest. Is a simple candle light vigil for Sahil Wakode at Chaityabhoomi today a threat?
Replying to @deepali_writes
@deepali_writes Deepali Salve a leader of AIISCA, has been placed under house arrest. Why? Simply because we wished to visit Chaityabhoomi in Dadar—a site of great significance to our community—to light candles and pay tribute to the young man driven to suicide by a casteist professor at IIT Bombay. This action by the Mumbai Police is a criminal act, intended to intimidate and threaten women from the Dalit-Ambedkarite community. We, at AIISCA, condemn this conduct by the Mumbai Police and remain committed to the fight for justice for Sahil Wakode. @deepali_writes All India Independent Scheduled Castes Association @AIISCA1957 #JusticeForSahilWakode

Important to condemn these heinous attacks. Equally important to prevent attacks on Christians in India like this instance of three Christian families being assaulted, forced to undertake purification bath in public in West Bengal. xitter.cf/IndianExpress/status/2…
Deeply shocked at the heinous attack at a Church in Karak, Jordan yesterday, which resulted in the tragic loss of several innocent lives and injuries to many others. Our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and wish a swift recovery to those injured. India stands firmly with the Government and the friendly people of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in this difficult hour. We also reaffirm our strong commitment to the fight against terrorism in all its forms and manifestations. @AymanHsafadi

Mumbai has always had one free air purifier: the sea breeze. For decades, it carried our pollution away. This year, it can't keep up. Construction has picked up again right after the monsoon, the winds have slowed, and the dust has nowhere to go. It just settles over us. Last Saturday it was thick enough to hide the Sea Link and Atal Setu. Smog doesn't affect everyone equally. Children, the elderly and people with breathing problems pay the price first. The sea can't clean up after us anymore. We have to stop the dust at its source. @lokmat @CMOMaharashtra @mybmc @mpcb_official @MumbaiPolice @Lungase_Sachin

This is the police outsourcing intimidation to the mob. They have reversed the old slogan, "Andar ki baat hai, police humarey saath hai" has become - Bahar ki baat hai, goondey police ke saath hai.
50-60 right-wing goons heckled and threatened AISA President Neha Bora today outside Mandir Marg Police Station, where she had been called for a hearing, even as the police looked on without intervening. We strongly condemn the inaction of the Delhi Police, which amounts to complicity and patronage. The double standard of the police, who are enabling extremists and hoodlums to attack peaceful protesters, stands exposed. Protesters are being assaulted and jailed while the ones actually "breaching peace" are given a free hand and are roaming around the national capital looking for their next target. We demand an end to this blatant complicity. The police are duty-bound to uphold the law and protect citizens, not to take instructions from Hindutva outfits that are unleashing violence on the streets.

I shared a documentary by Sabir Bhatia on my social media detailing the long-standing friendship between Gautam Adani and Narendra Modi, and how the Indian industrial landscape is consequently being handed over to Adani. It garnered over 4.8 million views on Twitter alone and received an overwhelming response on Facebook as well, not to mention the additional, uncounted views from shares by others. My intention was for this serious issue to reach the public, and that objective has been achieved. While Sabir Bhatia produced this documentary recently, I had already delivered a major presentation back in January 2026 at Shivtirth in Mumbai, illustrating how the Adani Group is effectively setting out to swallow the entire nation. That presentation received an exceptional response, and those videos remain available on my social media to this day. In fact, some clips from our presentation were even incorporated into this documentary. Anyways. I have clarified my stance on this matter time and again: my opposition is not directed at any specific individual, but rather against the rise of a monopoly. I have often stated in my speeches that the Prime Minister should foster the growth of many industrialists across the country, creating vast employment opportunities and generating immense wealth for the nation, and empower them to conquer global markets. However, if the government chooses to favor only one person to the point where it poses a threat to the nation, we oppose it and will continue to do so. My opposition is, therefore, directed against any form of monopoly, whether it involves Adani or anyone else. Even now, the central government has directed the state government to hand over several hundred hectares of forest land in Bhimashankar to the Gujarat-based Torrent Group. This government has handed over vast tracts of forest and wilderness land in Maharashtra to a select group of industrialist friends, and it plans to hand over even more! I care little about which political party anyone belongs to; however, as citizens of Maharashtra, how can you remain so indifferent while our state is being sold off right before your very eyes? Does it not even spark a sense of outrage among our Marathi Members of Parliament, MLAs, and ministers to see this happening? Such total submission to power is entirely inconsistent with the history, traditions, and culture of Maharashtra. Why, then, do you bother raising slogans in the name of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj or putting on a farce by singing the state anthem? Anyway.. Sabeer Bhatia’s documentary received such an overwhelming response that it was only natural for those in power to grow anxious, fearing that their secrets might be exposed. The intensity of this fear must have been significant, as I received a request, conveyed through the Mumbai Police Commissioner, to take it down. My primary objective, both during the meeting in January 2026 and through the subsequent posting of this documentary, was and remains, to enlighten the nation. However, the request I received came from the Mumbai Police Commissioner. The Mumbai and Maharashtra Police forces are among the most efficient in the country, and I have always held them in high regard. Out of respect for the head of the Mumbai Police, I am choosing to honor this request. Therefore, I am deleting the post containing the documentary. The fire has already been ignited. In January 2026, from Shivteerth, I ignited a spark against the authoritarianism in this country, that has now grown into a raging wildfire. Our struggle continues. Our post from January 2026 remains exactly where it was, and it will stay there. The documentary we shared was produced by others; our sole objective was to ensure it reached the public, a goal that has been achieved. On this occasion, I am bringing our well-researched analysis of this subject back into the spotlight. I am re-sharing a portion of our January 2026 presentation here; please take another look.
