Side note: Panama is an amazing country. Very kind and loving culture. Everyone here has been so gracious, welcoming, and helpful. From hotel staff through to strangers inviting me over for family dinner or to stay tonight. Beautiful country and great people.

Just saw this new feature in Google Maps. Sponsored placements. This is actually a good idea.

Had a lead come in on Tuesday. Our team cant get ahold of the person. Calls, texts, emails, all unresponsive for 3 days.
He just texted us back, job booked for tomorrow.
How many companies give up after the first try? 😉

This rght here is the sauce of Google Ads in a competitive market - i had this same experience running a campaign for a Junk removal client in the US.
Your Google Ads aren't broken. You're just early:
If you're trying to penetrate a competitive market, be patient.
We land jobs in non-competitive markets in 1-2 weeks. In competitive markets it takes longer.
Easy example:
You want to run Google Ads for your roofing business in Austin, TX from scratch.
You're now 1 of 100+ businesses bidding on "roofer near me."
Impression share isn't the problem.
The problem is 50+ of those businesses have accounts with 20+ conversions a month, fully optimized, running max conversions.
Why would Google hand you the good leads over a competitor spending $50K+ a month?
It won't. Not yet.
So in competitive markets, the first month or two isn't lead gen. It's you buying the data that makes you competitive.

Give my guy @theppcdude a follow. Very knowledgeable and willing to help. Took some time for me out of his busy schedule to give great feedback on another agency's work. Best part is the feedback was fair i.e. he didn't just bash the competition.
He showed me the data he gives his clients and it's strong.

Investing in growth is scary, but it's scarier to watch your biz decline because you didn't invest in growth.
Makes you think.

@theppcdude Just walked me through my Google Ads account. I have no doubt it'll be a great ROI.
The guy knows his stuff and he spelled out everything I need to do in order to succeed given the low search volume in my area / industry.
If you have questions or need help with your Google Ads account, hit him up.

Paid @theppcdude for a 1h Google Ads consultation. Awesome value, worth every penny.
Easiest shortcut to learn something is to pay someone who knows what you don’t.
I’m off to generate 100x of what I paid because of him.
So. Check him out.

"An estimated 68% of internet activity starts on search engines and about 90% of searches happen on Google. If the internet is a garden, Google is the Sun that lets the flowers grow."

Just sold this SDR agent for $7K upfront + 20% of all revenue it brings in.
Pretty much blatant robbery but when you see how much it's gonna print, you'll think I'm being generous.
- Scrapes user emails from any source
- Hunts down their socials and websites
- Sends personalized messages so targeted they feel illegal
Built it in a hoodie. Sold it in a hoodie.
Hope my client never sees this.
Follow, RT + Comment "hitman" and I'll drop it before the weekend fiens get it.

If I ever started a service business, it’d be one that operates at a physical location (like a clinic).
What do you prefer?
a) Physical location
b) Remote (we come to you)

Search Ad Copy tip for Google Ads:
Don’t sell your service. Sell what your service solves.
For Example: Pest Control Business
❌ #1 Pest Control in [City]
✅ Stop Pests for Good in 7 Days
Your clients are searching for your service because they need you to solve their problem.
Show them the solution.

Google is matching all products/services with competitors keywords.
Example: If you have a small fitness clothing brand and you target the phrase keyword "athletic polyester shirt."
You will show up for the following searches:
Adidas
Nike
Gymshark vs. Alphalete
Nobull Shirt
