🚨After a huge backlash against their attempt to punish @LeverNews reporters, @MajorityDems' executive director appears here to be agreeing to let our journalists cover their meeting with top Dems.
We haven't yet received the credentials, but I assume we will - and I genuinely appreciate it, Rohan. I hope everyone can avoid Trump-style tactics of targeting reporters for retribution. That should be at least something we agree on.

I grew up in Jewish Detroit. I've been to services at most of the Reform, Conservative & many Orthodox shuls in Detroit.
100% of them are Zionist. 100% of them raise an apartheid flag. They encourage their congregates to donate to Friends of the IDF so as to get a tax break for donating for genocide.

Overnight, federal immigration agents gathered in force outside of the ambulance bay at Adventist Health White Memorial Medical Center in Boyle Heights, effectively sealing off a critical entrance. For patients and families in medical crises, that presence was frightening at the worst possible moment.
A hospital should be the one place where people feel safe. No one should have to think twice about receiving care or fear that a loved one's treatment could be interrupted because of their immigration status.
I condemn ICE's actions and call on the Trump Administration to stop all immigration enforcement in and around health care facilities. Hospital leadership also had a duty to step in right away to protect patients and neighbors, and by all appearances, that did not happen.
