This afternoon, a drunk, homeless man in a wheelchair in Dupont Circle, ostensibly one of the nicest parts of DC, was screaming about how he was Marcus Aurelius, calling everyone f—gots, telling everyone he’d kill us. Apparently, the homeless shelter had checked in on him earlier today, given him a meal, and had decided he was “fine.” The level of public disorder we’re expected to tolerate, the amount of money going to the most useless homeless, sorry, “unhoused” support—unfreakingreal.
