the pitt dealing with a real nursing shortage would be nice. they show tells us there is a nursing shortage but the nurses dont /feel/ short staffed. like yes we get yelled at for long wait times but like show princess and perlah having to rush between patients!

Absolute idiocy, moronic urban planning, so frustrating yet so predictable. Car parking at train stations is a terrible use of land and should never be built. Even a huge car park can only fill a fraction of 1 train. The basic maths doesn't stack up.

New airport departure system in Melbourne. Went there tonight. My usual 20 min drive took 95 mins due to traffic chaos trying to get into the place. Probably just teething problems but fuck it was annoying.

Hot airline take: 1st checked bag should be free Carry-On luggage should be $25 People bringing on carry-on luggage is what makes everything horrible when boarding and departing. It slows everything down. There is never enough space. It forces people to block everyone to try and board early in their zone to get luggage space. It makes departing way slower. A bunch of people are forced to check the bags anyway. Backpacks and purses free. But charge for carry on luggage. It would make life so much smoother. I know everyone will be against this, but you know I’m right.
