1. "घोषणा के दिन ही भाजपा हार जाएगी, धांधली से जीतती है" — फैसला मतदाता करते हैं, प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस नहीं। धांधली का आरोप है तो बूथ, दस्तावेज़ और प्रमाण सामने रखिए।
2. "SIR के बहाने वोट काटे" — नाम हटाने की तय कानूनी प्रक्रिया है और गलत विलोपन पर दावा, आपत्ति व अपील का रास्ता खुला है। सपा बताए कि कितने पात्र मतदाताओं के नाम गलत हटे, कितनों ने दावा किया और किसे न्याय नहीं मिला।
3. "MLC चुनाव में खुले बैलेट मिले, प्रशासन ने चोरी कराई" — जहाँ ठोस शिकायत आई, वहाँ कार्रवाई हुई: आगरा शिक्षक क्षेत्र के तीन बूथों का 23 अक्टूबर का मतदान RP Act की धारा 58A के तहत रद्द कर 26 अक्टूबर को दोबारा मतदान कराया गया। यानी रास्ता शिकायत और जाँच का है। खुले बैलेट का आरोप है तो मतपेटीवार सबूत दीजिए; केवल आरोप से पूरे प्रशासन की मिलीभगत सिद्ध नहीं होती।
4. "आधार से बायोमेट्रिक वोटिंग कराइए" — चुनाव आयोग 18 मार्च 2025 को ही तय कर चुका है कि EPIC-आधार लिंकिंग अनुच्छेद 326 और RP Act की धारा 23 के अनुसार होगी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट (8 सितंबर 2025) साफ कह चुका है कि आधार पहचान का प्रमाण है, नागरिकता का नहीं। वोट का अधिकार केवल नागरिक को है, इसलिए आधार से पहचान जाँचना और आधार को ही मतदान का आधार बना देना दो अलग बातें हैं।

समाजवादी पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष एवं पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री अखिलेश यादव ने कहा है कि जिस दिन विधानसभा चुनाव की घोषणा होगी, उसी दिन भाजपा हार जाएगी। भाजपा को चुनाव जीतने के लिए हेराफेरी, धांधली और चोरी करनी पड़ रही है, पूरा प्रशासन लगाना पड़ रहा है। भाजपा साजिश और षडयंत्र कर रही है। एआईआर के बहाने वोट काट दिया। चुनाव में समय नहीं बचा है। एसएसआर किया जा रहा है।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि भाजपा मैनेजमेंट करके चुनाव लड़ रही है। भाजपा चुनाव लड़ने और वोट पाने के लिए पार्टी को कारपोरेट हाउस की तरह चला रही है। चुनाव में भाजपा के साथ देश की तमाम आर्थिक संस्थाएं जुट जाती हैं। चुनाव में लाभकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से एक तरफ सरकार और प्रशासन का बजट लगाया जाता है वहीं दूसरी तरफ बड़ी-बड़ी कम्पनियां भी भाजपा के लिए लग जाती है। बैलेट खुलने से पहले ही भाजपा को आगे कर देतीं हैं। साढ़े आठ बजे ही भाजपा की सरकार बनवा देती हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा की प्रीपेड पार्टियों से सावधान रहना है। इनका ओटीपी भी कहीं और से आता है। माइक, लाउडस्पीकर किसी और दल के होते हैं। ये डोरी से चलते हैं। डोरी खतम खेल खतम।
मंगलवार को समाजवादी पार्टी प्रदेश मुख्यालय में आयोजित प्रेस कांफ्रेंस में श्री अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि भाजपा लगातार बेईमानी और चोरी कर रही है। लोकतंत्र को खत्म कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तर प्रदेश का विधानसभा चुनाव लोकतंत्र और संविधान को बचाने का चुनाव है। पीड़ित और पीड़ा देने वालों के बीच का चुनाव है, जिस समय पीड़ित, दुखी, अपमानित, पीडीए के लोग एकजुट हो जाएंगे उसी समय भाजपा का हमेशा के लिए सफाया हो जाएगा। श्री अखिलेश यादव ने कहा कि कई कैमरे तो भाजपा की भक्ति में इतने डूबे हैं कि उन्हें लाल रंग भी भगवा या नारंगी दिखाई देता है। उन्हें भी सब कुछ एकरंगी दिखाई देता है। ऐसे लोग नकारात्मक होते हैं। भाजपा के स्पॉन्सर्ड कैमरे तय करते हैं कि गमछे का रंग क्या है।
उन्होंने कहा कि विधान परिषद के शिक्षक और स्नातक क्षेत्र के हुए चुनाव में भाजपा चोरी, बेईमानी से बाज नहीं आयी। बैलेट बॉक्सों में बिना फोल्ड किए वोट मिले हैं। खुले बैलेट मिले, यह बिना प्रशासन की मदद के नहीं हो सकता है। श्री यादव ने एक बार फिर कहा कि वोटर लिस्ट को आधार कार्ड से जोड़ दिया जाय। आज तकनीकी का समय है। देश के सभी नागरिकों के आधार कार्ड बन गए है। सबका बायोमेट्रिक है। बायोमेट्रिक मशीन को आधार के जरिए वोटर लिस्ट से जोड़कर मतदान कराना चाहिए।
श्री यादव ने कहा कि समाजवादी सरकार में गरीबों के राशन के लिए पीडीएस योजना की शुरुआत की थी, जिससे गरीबों के राशन में घपलेबाजी को रोका जाय। रतन टाटा जी खुद आए थे और समाजवादी सरकार में इसकी शुरुआत हुई थी। अगर पीडीएस सिस्टम, टीचर की अटेडेंस के लिए बायोमेट्रिक मशीन का प्रयोग किया जाता है तो वोटरलिस्ट को जोड़ने के लिए क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा है। श्री यादव ने कहा कि देखा जा रहा है जो भाजपा का सदस्य है उसी का वोट बनाया जा रहा है। उसी को भारत का नागरिक माना जा रहा है। चुनाव में जहां समाजवादी पार्टी समर्थकों का वोट है वहां एक ही मशीन लगायी जाती है लेकिन जहां भाजपा समर्थकों का वोट है वहां ज्यादा मशीन लगायी जाती है, जिससे उनके वोट जल्दी-जल्दी पड़ जाए। सपा समर्थकों के वोट रोकने के लिए नई-नई साजिश और षडयंत्र हो रहा है।

Bengaluru Police Arrest 3 in Road Rage Murder; Victim Dragged Under Car for 150 Metres Had Succumbed

In a chilling case of road rage leading to murder, the #Bengaluru police have arrested three men for deliberately running over and dragging a pedestrian for over 100 meters following an argument. The victim later succumbed to his injuries in a private hospital.
The arrested accused have been identified as Ajay Rabidas (26), Sajal Namasudra (19) and Bijon Ray (27), all natives of #Assam currently residing in Basapura near #ElectronicCity. A fourth suspect, identified as Shyam Khoar, remains at large.
According to the police, the incident occurred during the early hours of October 21 around 1:50 AM in Pragati Nagar, near the Ganesha Temple. The complainant, Nitish Kumar Mukhiya, was crossing the road along with his friend Ranjeet Kumar Sahu when a white Maruti Swift Dzire approached them at high speed. When Nitish Kumar gestured to the driver to slow down, the occupants confronted and assaulted him.
When Ranjeet Kumar intervened to de-escalate the dispute, the driver deliberately rammed the vehicle into him. Despite Ranjeet getting trapped under the carriage between the front and rear wheels, the driver refused to stop and sped off, dragging him underneath for nearly 100 to 150 meters. The victim was dislodged when the vehicle jumped a road hump on the Hosur service road, where the accused dumped him and fled the scene.
Ranjeet sustained critical multi-trauma injuries and was rushed to Kauvery Hospital, where he succumbed during treatment on the evening of October 22. The deceased, Ranjeet Kumar Sahu, hailing from #Bihar, was working as a cook at a Paying Guest (PG) accommodation in BTM Layout. He had come to Electronic City to celebrate the Dasara festival.
A special investigation team headed by Police Inspector Azharuddin, under the supervision of DCP (Electronic City Division) M. Narayana and ACP Satheesha K. M., tracked down and apprehended three of the accused late Sunday night around 10:30 PM using CCTV footage, eyewitness testimonies and informant inputs.
Efforts are underway to trace the absconding fourth accused.
