I get messages almost every day about attacks on Hindus in Bangladesh and Pakistan. I asked the Leader of the House for a statement on what the Government will do to protect them.

Attacks on minority places of worship in Bangladesh have risen from 10 in September to 35 in October, according to monthly monitoring by the human rights group MSF.

As a brown man, I’m following Congresswoman Haley Stevens’ lead and voting for Mike Rogers over Abdul El-Sayed.
Not everything is about skin color.
I don’t want someone that downplays terrorist attacks occurring in my own state in the U.S. senate.
I don’t want someone that pledged to profile Hindu Americans in the U.S. senate.
I want a person who speaks to both sides of the aisle and actually listens to Hindu American concerns.
This is exactly how Political Islam works: by erasing other religions. This is why @IA_Impact’s jihadi statement about ‘Diwali is a South Asian’ festival shall not be ignored. We see you. We will fight you.

I just hope Pakistani Muslim Terrorists cells don’t get activated in America.
It is a serious matter.
Sounds like a threat…
Ideally, they tried to look for a month where there were no terrorist attacks but couldn’t find any month or week where jihadis didn’t try to convince us of their moral superiority by killing innocents. 26/11 attacks killed hundreds of innocent Hindus, Jews, etc. in 2008.

Apparently its Islamophobia Awareness Month. Fair enough. I fucking hate Islam. Be aware of that

In this day and age, to argue that Diwali is a 'South Asian' festival is an extreme disservice to the millions of Hindus who preserved and kept traditions alive because they were Hindu Traditions.
They did this outside "South Asia" because they were Hindu and that identity meant something.
You won't melt by calling Diwali a Hindu festival.
Hi! Friendly reminder Diwali is celebrated across SOUTH ASIA by Hindus, Sikhs, Jains and more.
It was a beautiful event in which the Democratic Michigan ticket lit a diya, @AbdulElSayed spoke about the foiled terrorist attack in Aurora and the need for us to come together to light the way forward, and several community members (and yes, Hindu ones too) spoke in support of the Democratic ticket.
We are so sorry you feel left out. Unlike some, we hold a broad world view that is accepting of all people. We’ll be sure to invite you to our next community event with Senator El-Sayed!

🚨 *Ro Khanna: Do as I say, not as I do.*
❌ Says ban congressional stock trading. *Voted NO* on the House stock trading ban (July 22, 2026).
❌ His family trusts made *5,402 stock trades* in 2025, worth up to *$164 million*.
❌ Says get big money out of politics. Sits on *nearly $17 million* in campaign cash, mostly from big donors.
*My plan:*
✅ A clean stock trading ban for members, spouses, children AND family trusts
✅ A term limits amendment: 6 years (3 terms) for the US House, 12 years (2 terms) for the US Senate
*My promise:* I won't trade stocks while in Congress. My family won't either. And I'll serve my full term, right here.
🗳️ Vote by *8 PM tomorrow (Tue, Nov 3)*: sos.ca.gov/elections/polling… @svca2020 @ECalifornians @MeGrdesai @realDonaldTrump @JDVance

For the uninitiated: it always was and always will be the Indian subcontinent. No such thing as ‘S asia’ has ever existed and shall not.

There are millions of Hindus, Sikhs, and Jains across the world who celebrate Diwali who have never been to and never will visit South Asia.
Geographically limiting a worldwide festival and not acknowledging its faith based roots is like terming Christmas, Eid, and Rosh Hashanah as Middle Eastern holidays.
You are the ones demonstrating a narrow worldview.

“South Asian” is a flattening term for a diverse community, and wrapping that moniker onto a Diwali celebration secularizes & neuters Dharmic meaning.
Good that @AbdulElSayed belatedly engaged with Hindu Americans, but did he acknowledge that his signing of a pledge to profile Hindu American donors is synonymous with the dual loyalty trope that he vociferously detests when pushed on him?

Indeed all the cadre from Birmingham’s Pakistani ghetto to the slums of Karachi & the training compounds of Masood Azhar’s latest cave hideout are energized and feel that they will finally defeat the BJP this time and continue the 1400 yr old jihad.
About yesterday - #RamlilaMaidanRally
- Ramlila Maidan was packed to the rafters
- Clear endorsement of Rahul Gandhi’s leadership of the INDIA alliance.
- Unlike in the past, Congress was on the offensive, owning its attacks on the government.
- Good rally management, Seva Dal deserving special mention.
- Impressive cadre mobilisation across alliance partners.
- Unseen iter-party cadre camaraderie
- Launch of the Uttar Pradesh campaign.
- A more united, cohesive and organised Opposition.
Biggest achievement: not just mobilising, but energising and motivating the cadre for the battles ahead.

I am a loyal Democrat. I served on the National Security Council for President Clinton, at the State Department for Madeleine Albright, and in the US Senate for Joe Biden. Our party should be unified and clear in denouncing Abdul El Sayed for the anti-American bigot he is.
Finally! A moderate Muslim that I can fully endorse without reservation.
I’m not taking sides in Tuesday’s election. I only don’t want to see the Muslim Brotherhood ideology, franchised as CAIR in America, become mainstream and win seats at any level of government. I left the old world behind to escape backward Islamist thought. I don’t want to have to deal with it in my new homeland.
Abdul is CAIR.
