Even worse than bringing back subsidy is the second order effects of validating the idea that promising lower fuel to the proles will make you win

What I’ve noticed is that all of you are looking for someone that will lie to you. It’s all good, but if they reverse the removal of subsidy this is exactly what will happen. You might believe or not, but it’s the truth anyway

4 students, one other lady k+lled as Niger gov’s convoy allegedly rams into their car
Five people, including four male students and a young woman, have lost their lives in a fatal road crash involving a vehicle in Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago’s convoy in Minna.
The accident occurred on Monday around Gidan Mangoro along the Minna–Bida Road when a Hilux van travelling with the governor’s convoy collided head-on with a Peugeot 206.
The Peugeot was being driven by a woman identified as Mrs Nafisa, who d+ed at the scene. She was said to be an NGO staff member, Programme Manager at Labspace and founder of Wosh Mart Service Ltd.
According to a resident, Abdullahi Musa, the crash happened at about 11:35am while Governor Bago and his team were returning from Bida, where they had paid a condolence visit to the Etsu Nupe and Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, over the death of Sagi Nupe Hajia Aisha.
The occupants of Nafisa’s vehicle were suspected to be postgraduate students of the Federal University of Technology, Minna.
Musa said, “The people in the private car d+ed instantly, while those in the government Hilux sustained serious inj¥ries with the driver dying on the spot.”
He stated that the crash resulted from wrongful overtaking by the convoy vehicle, adding that the Peugeot was on its lane when the Hilux crashed into it.
A staff member of Minna General Hospital said three victims d+ed at the scene, while two others later succumbed to inj¥ries. Some inj¥red victims were reportedly transferred to IBB Specialist Hospital for further treatment.
One occupant of the Hilux, identified as a former Niger State local government council chairman, suffered leg fractures but survived.
FRSC Sector Commander Aishat Sa’adu confirmed the crash, while police spokesperson SP Wasiu Abiodun said the incident was under investigation.
“The accident occured this morning and we are investigating it,” Abiodun said.
Next big “constitutional” problem on the Nigerian journey. I suspect the next southern president will give them what they want 😁

It just occurred to me that the average right winger believes Africa doesn't have agriculture or livestock
My uncle did a mission trip to Africa to teach a village how to raise pigs for food.
They flew in with a bunch of pigs, built pens for them, Food and water troughs, and taught them how to breed them so they could always have meat. Two weeks of work and teaching.
They went back a year later to check on the village. They had thrown a giant party the night after my uncle left, slaughtered and ate all the pigs, sold the feeders and fencing, and were really pissed off that the mission didn't bring them more pigs.

Your uncle is retarded. He landed at the airport in the city, and instead of going to the nearest industrial pig farm and working out an business contract, he drove 200km into the wilderness to try to rope villagers into animal husbandry.
Is that how your country industrialized?

Nigerian political parties are not ideological. Worthy of note is that even the electorate don't know their own inclinations.
It makes no sense to criticise school fee increment while supporting a candidate who increased fees by over 220% when the minimum wage was ₦7,500.

Sometimes you can go very early, and you will still have to stand on a table or chair to be able to see & hear the lecturer. In a class meant to hold less than 100 students, you'd see over 600 students struggling to get in (I had classes with other departments).
