Funny how many fans were turning their nose up at both players. Would have had either in the team very happily.

He’s a completely different style of player.

Yeah a loan in January is probably the right move but equally, Jaissle could be working to develop him and by the second half of the season we could see more of him. His position is probably the one area we actually have good depth in.

The movement and communication of the attackers is pathetic.

Our forward players are completely void of match intelligence and the ability to create havoc as a unit. They don’t threaten the defenders. Get Pardo and Toure on and tell them to run at the opposition. Something might break.

They strike no fear in the opposition and don’t have a brain cell or the courage to take on a player between them. Get Pardo and Toure on and just tell them to run at the defence. Might make something happen by accident at least.

It’s the biggest issue. It’s like there’s not a brain cell between them. But then they don’t strike fear into the opposition by running at them either. Just offer nothing.

It’s shocking how neglected the club was under him.

The show was making a lot of money back then. I would also be outraged if my very wealthy employers asked me to take a pay cut so someone else could earn more money. It’s on the production company to fund that, not the other employees.

Him and Pardo could be lethal together.

Even sped up this is an extremely slow fitting of a hinge.

He seems to have fallen out with a lot of the people who employ him. Probably let ego go to his head.

Our main problem is the movement of our players. Someone gets the ball and the others stand still or run away from them. It’s mental watching them.

Yep. Can’t rely on him at all and when he does play he’s quite poor and a guaranteed yellow card. Doesn’t dominate opposition players like he used to.

This is the thing. I’d gut the whole squad and start again in the championship with Jaissle given a proper chance to build his style with players that suit his system. Hate the notion of sacking him after a struggling start and whoever comes in still struggling.
24
That seems to be the system though. Not about ball retention just how fast can you get behind their defence.

I would definitely be putting Miley in ahead of Bamba

I doubt most people had heard of Kaka in 2001.

Yeah it makes no sense. Get the Joes out of the team. Midfield 3 of Nico, Steur and Ramsey is our best option. Miley would also do better in a midfield 3 than a 2. And Toure has to start. Actually attacks and takes on defenders. Everyone else in the team is afraid.

We need to sack some of the players to be fair. He needs players with more technical ability, composure and vision to make his system work.
